Take a stroll along the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, wander the trails of Carolina Beach State Park, or enjoy the sites at the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area. Dogs are only allowed on the beach from Oct. 1 - March 31 on Wrightsville, Carolina, and Kure Beaches but are welcome in the city all year round!
