Frequently Asked Questions

Are linens included? What do we do with them when we leave?

With the exception of a few properties, linens are not included. All beds come with a mattress pad, comforter, and pillows. Our linen costs are as follows: King - $26, Queen/double - $24, and twin - $16. Two-person beds will come with 2 pillow cases, a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and two hand towels. A twin set-up will come with 1 pillow case, a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, 1 towel, 1 washcloth, and 1 hand towel. In addition to these charges, you can pay $8 per bed for housekeeping to put linens on the beds prior to your arrival. Of course, you also have the option to bring your own linens and towels, if you’d prefer.

If you do rent linens, we ask that you strip the linens from the beds and leave them piled up in the unit.

What do we do with our trash?

Trash pick up is done up to twice a week and the specific day can be found in our Bryant Real Estate App or you can call us if you have any questions.  Upon checkout, please remove all bagged trash from the unit and place in the trash cans outside.

Can I get an early check-in/late check-out?

Early check-in: If there is no one in the unit checking out the day of your arrival, early check-ins are possible pending approval by housekeeping. We want to be sure your unit is clean and inspected before you arrive, and that sometimes prevents an early check-in, particularly during our busiest seasons.  If an early check-in is possible there may be a fee charged.

Late check-out: We allow a late check-out on properties that do not have check-ins on the same day as your check-out. If a late check-out is possible, there will be a fee charged, and you will be permitted to remain in the unit until 5pm.

Do I have to rent for a whole week? What days can I check in/out?

This depends on the season. During prime season, week-long rentals are required, spanning either Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, and in a few units, Sunday to Sunday. Saturday is the most common turn-day among our properties. However, in the off-season most units allow partial weeks; and many will open up to last minute deals allowing partial weeks.  All units require at least a two-night stay minimum.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept either Visa or Mastercard.

What does travel insurance cover?

We offer an optional Travel Insurance. The travel insurance covers you in case of cancelling due to emergencies. Some examples would be: death of a family member, a hurricane with mandatory evacuation of the island, or jury duty. To learn more about what travel insurance will cover, contact us or you can call CSA.

Can I bring my pet?

We do have several dog-friendly properties. There is a non-refundable $150 pet-fee per dog.
