Are linens included? What do we do with them when we leave?
Effective January 2, 2020 all vacation rentals will include a full linen package in the total cost paid. Bed making services are not automatically included but may be added via the rental contract. We have a few properties who wish to keep cost as low as possible, on these homes, linens are not included regardless of the length of stay but you can order them. This information will be denoted in the description as well as on the contract. If you have any questions, please give us a call. All beds come with a mattress pad, comforter, and pillows. Linen package: Two-person beds will come with 2 pillow cases, a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and two hand towels. A twin set-up will come with 1 pillow case, a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, 1 towel, 1 washcloth, and 1 hand towel.
What do we do with our trash?
Trash pick up is done up to twice a week and the specific day can be found in our Bryant Real Estate App or you can call us if you have any questions. Upon checkout, please remove all bagged trash from the unit and place in the trash cans outside.
Can I get an early check-in/late check-out?
The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to pre-pay for one, which prioritizes the property for our cleaners and inspectors. When considering an early check in there are two options: You can check-in 2 hours early for 10% of your last night's rent(taxes and minimum charges will apply). Otherwise, our standard practice is to call and notify guests if their property is released by our hospitality staff on the day of arrival prior to the standard 4:00pm check-in time.
The fees for a late departure are calculated using the above percentages for early arrivals. Again, there are two options for a late departure: two hours late which provides a check out time of 12:00p, or our standard 10:00am checkout time.
Please understand that it is the housekeeping and maintenance schedules that dictate whether or not this is possible.
Do I have to rent for a whole week? What days can I check in/out?
This depends on the season. During prime season, week-long rentals are required, spanning either Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, and in a few units, Sunday to Sunday. Saturday is the most common turn-day among our properties. However, in the off-season most units allow partial weeks; and many will open up to last minute deals allowing partial weeks. All units require at least a two-night stay minimum.
