Salt Air Cottage is a charming little cottage only a few blocks from downtown Carolina Beach and the Boardwalk. After a fun filled day on the beach enjoy the quiet neighbor setting with all the comforts of home. The kitchen, dining area, and living room host an open floor plan that is perfect for your family to be together for meal preps in the fully equipped kitchen or just sitting around watching TV, but the young adults may want to check out the bunk room that features a large flat screen for gaming only. The master bedroom has 2 Double beds, a large walk in closet and private bathroom, the additional bedroom and bunk bedroom share the hall bathroom. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table for the afternoon cookouts, plus the yard is fenced in so your four legged family member can run around around and play too, because there are restriction for dogs on the beach from April to October.
While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Or travel a few miles south to the Ft. Fisher Historic Museum, the Civil War battleground and the NC Aquarium. Make plans for the family on Sunday night for the outdoor movie by the lake. A vacation in Salt Air Cottage will give you a lifetime of memories.

This property is non smoking. It rents Saturday to Saturday. There is an outdoor Shower. Allows dogs and has parking for 3 cars. Unfortunately guest are not permitted to use the garage.

**Effective January 2, 2019 all vacation rentals of 5-21 nights for this property will have linens included. On 4 nights or less you will still have the option to rent linens or bring your own; linen orders and bed making services can be added to your reservation at cost per the rental contract.**

Everything was as advertised! Beautiful home in a great location. Our dogs also enjoyed their stay because of the fenced yard. Bryants staff was very friendly and professional. The app was very helpful when looking for restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend Bryant!!

Booked a last minute trip with my mom and my toy poodle. I love the layout because it gave us our own space. We enjoyed the walks to the beach. The dog could not go on the boardwalk but we walked down a little to the entrance past the large hotel. We had family come visit and the large drive fit all cars. The place is clean and updated. Beds are comfy and we may consider this home again, for our pooch.

Our family loved staying here. Walked to the beach and boardwalk every day, enjoyed relaxing in the house, and exploring the nearby areas (brewery, restaurants, state park, aquarium)
