If you aren't Beach Bound, this beautiful condo will definitely make you want to be! This property is located on the first level above ground level with views of the ocean and exquisite landscaping. The private beach access is also located within view and just a few steps from the condo's ground level area.

As you enter the property, the light and airy open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas invite you to unwind and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items needed to create a meal for family and friends. The dining table has four chairs and a bench to seat up to 6. There are stools at the bar area for additional seating as well! The living room area has a sleeper sofa and large slider with expansive views that lead you out onto the oceanfront deck. The deck has both standard style seating as well as high top seating for your enjoyment.

Down the main hall are two bedrooms and bathrooms. The hall bathroom has gorgeous grey and white floor tile that extend to the completely tiled and glass shower that continue the white and gray theme. The first bedroom has a Queen bed with a television in the room. The primary bedroom also has a Queen bed, television in the room, en suite bathroom, and access to a small private deck. The ensuite bathroom was completely renovated to match the coastal theme. You are going to love the blue tiled shower!

While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Only a few miles south to the Fort Fisher Historic Museum, the Civil War battleground and the NC Aquarium. Make plans to visit Carolina Beach today!

Great Condo

Overall

Condo was great - Right on the beach, plenty of room for our family of 6 and dog. It had everything we needed. Cons - the parking space assigned to this unit is very tight and hard to enter from rear of building - beams from the building angle into the space (reduces space a lot for taller vehicles like SUV, minivan or truck) the other side of the space has a 1 foot vertical drop. Unit is on 1st floor, there was someone in the unit above us while we were there. When they walked across the floor it was very, very loud and all the light fixtures shook.

We loved everything so much, we extended our stay!

Overall

From booking, to check in, stay and checkout, this experience was absolutely wonderful! This was our first trip to Carolina Beach and we can’t wait to return again! Our rental offered everything one needs to have a fabulous vacation. It was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The ocean views from the deck were stunning and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat! Many restaurants and activities at the boardwalk were close by and within walking distance. We loved everything so much, we extended our stay!
