This recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is located conveniently across the street from the beach! You'll start your day with ocean views from the front balcony. It's close to the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier (Northern Extension), to pull at any fishing-lovers heart. Interior features include a full-sized inviting ready-to-use kitchen, new floors and furniture, laundry closet, and a primary suite with a beautiful walk-in closet. After a long day at the beach, relax and unwind on the cozy deck and enjoy watching the sunset.

The condo complex has a community pool for guests to use and is just minutes from amazing dining and enticing entertainment that Carolina Beach has to offer. It will become the place your family calls their happy place, and the one you will want to come back to every chance you get!

In addition to the wonderful memories you will make at this property, a portion of the proceeds will be donated annually to North Carolina Coastal Federation to keep our North Carolina beaches clean! For your convenience, there is a whole home water filtration system in addition to a RO water dispenser for the kitchen sink and in each bathroom.

Occupancy: 6
Stay Requirements: Any Turn Day. Minimum two night stay.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Unassigned parking on site for 2 vehicles with parking pass.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

What an awesome place you have. I have so enjoyed my stay here, and hope to come back soon! The time I spent here was so relaxing and laid back and sometimes I felt like time stood still. Where you come- don't forget to go to Brit's Donuts, Celtic Creamery and Oyster Shack- you won't regret it!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We came to celebrate our daughter's 12th birthday. She said "This is the perfect beach house". SO relaxing! The most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Seconds to the beach. Everything within in minute in the car or a walk. The pier is beautiful at night. I recommend being here with those you love to recharge and fill your soul! Morning coffee on the balcony and evening laughs. Such a comfortable space to wrap you in a comfort. I cannot wait till I return- Pelicans be good and ca-caw! Thank you for such an amazing time!

Wake up for the sunrises! They are worth every second. Take the ferry to Southport and enjoy the crab dip (at Fishy Fry)! Had the very best time and am already wondering when I'll be back. Thanks for being the most amazing host. I had the best time!

Wow... where to start? Your condo is nothing short of amazing. I love the decor and coziness. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail shows. Thank you for sharing your "Happy Place" with the rest of us! Dolphins, Jelly's, Shells and shark teeth were some of our favorite beach finds. The sunrises and the pier were my favorite things on my morning beach walks. Those morning walks were healing and will forever be in my heart. This vacation is definitely a favorite! Until next time!

I have never experienced such a friendly place on vacation. The locals are so nice and this place is so welcoming. I love the beach vibes in here but also modern and cozy. I have learned so much since i stayed here, not just about Carlina Beach but also about myself. I've been through a lot and this place showed me what I was missing out on in life and also what I want to do with it. I will definitely be staying her again. You have outdone yourselves with this place. Everything is new and modern, up to date and so cozy. The views are awesome and the people here seem very friendly and nice. I can with Kelly for a visit and we had so much fun. It is so easy to see why this your happy place. Theres such a peaceful spirit/ vibe here and I have to say I truly loved being here every minute.
