*On May 27, 2025 we became aware that this property is being affected by nearby construction.  You may experience unpleasant environmental factors such as noise, vibrations, and even light pollution during your stay during hours of permitted construction which are outlined as 8:00AM – 6:00PM, Monday through Saturday.  We deeply regret the inconvenience but appreciate your kind understanding that these factors are not under the control of the homeowners or our management company.

Visit Carolina Beach and enjoy “The Simple Life”. This one bedroom, one-bathroom single family home encompasses the classic, cozy Carolina Beach charm.

As you approach the property, you will be greeted by a darling front porch perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or for writing country songs as “The Bones” of the house have heard before. The open concept living room has a sleeper sofa for an occupancy of up to four guests. The beadboard walls carry throughout the property and flow into the bench seating in the dining room. The kitchen has all the essentials including a butcher block island. The King bed is nestled next to the kitchen area. The full bathroom is covered in beautiful varying shades of blue tile to create a coastal feel.

Don't miss a spectacular sunrise, the awesome donuts at Britt's, watching for playful dolphins, Thursday night fireworks on the beach or the Farmer's Market at the Lake. You'll want to immerse yourself in the myriad of activities offered on Pleasure Island. If it rains, head down south the Fort Fisher Aquarium, or check out the historical site. Maybe you want to take a ferry ride over to Southport for the day, or perhaps go hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park.

Stay Requirements: Three-night minimum in summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.

Parking: Parking for 1 vehicle.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
