Description

You will definitely see "Aqua Blue" at the property both inside and out! The property has beautiful blue furniture on the deck, an aqua blue feature wall in the bar area, and a blue view of the ocean. This 3rd floor property is located at the North End of Carolina Beach overlooking Freeman Park.

When you get to the property, you will first step onto the outdoor deck and go through the slider to enter the interior of the unit. Inside you will find yourself in the living area. It has a fair amount of space to lounge around or just stare out the slider at the beautiful view. The sofa is a sleeper sofa. The living room leads into the dining/ kitchen area. There is a small bar area with two bar stools and a dining table with seating for four guests. The kitchen has everything needed for a meal together and also has some pops of blue in the small appliances. There is a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and small desk area for any last minute emails you need to send before officially starting your vacation. This room also has deck access that overlooks the community pool!

Carolina Beach has so many activities to keep the whole family entertained that you will want to keep coming back year after year. This is one of the few places in NC that allows driving on the beach in summertime - you are allowed to drive on the North end beach at Freeman Park, if you have the city pass and a 4WD vehicle. You'll also be close to the pier for great fishing, a cool beverage, and perhaps some storytelling about the one that got away.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Requirements: Three night min rental in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. Parking spaces are unassigned.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

This rental was just like the pictures. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a close spot to the beach and view of the ocean. I will definitely come back if I have a chance.

We booked this place for a last minute weekend getaway. Great location, super cute apartment. We had a great time, no problems, plan on staying again.

Attention to detail was lacking on the cleaning aspect for this unit. Rubber gloves left on the floor of the patio under the table, I didn't touch them I left them there. Pink Blanket on the bed in the living room was disgusting, you should never use that type of blanket in a rental. Luckily we brought our own. Who ever photographed this rental did a great job, because once you arrive you are slightly disappointed. The view was wonderful.

LOVED this location (#A13) and it won't disappoint. It was at the tip of the island with views from all rooms and just across the street to the beach. There was an onsite pool and visible from the master bed balcony. Condo was light/bright. Washer/dryer on master balcony. They offered streaming services however the TV was very small and on a table accessible by small children; suggest wall mount in the corner. The unit is a one bedroom but with the sleeper sofa, day bed with trundle, master queen and todler bed you can sleep 7. Pack light as you climb 3 flights of stairs. We enjoyed the aquarium nearby as a break from the afternoon sun.
