Make plans today to stay at Elanora in beautiful Kure Beach!

Elanora is a three-level single family home located in Kure Beach that features five bedrooms and four baths. The ground level has a den with two Futons, flat screen TV, one bedroom with a pyramid bunk, and one full bath. The second level has the master bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, and a large deck that is shared with one of the two additional bedrooms on that level. The top floor has an open living, dining and kitchen area, another bedroom and one full bath. The TV in the Living Omm has a Roku box and contains a Direct TV Now App that will allow you to stream many channels. The other TV's in the house only have antennas for local channels.

Elanora is five houses back from the ocean, a few blocks from the Kure Beach Fishing Pier and a short drive to the Ft. Fisher Historic Museum, the Civil War battleground and the NC Aquarium.

Also while in the area, be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family.

We were a group of 7 adults at Elanora for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and Kure Beach. There was plenty of room for all and plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. This is definitely a property to recommend to others.

Elanora is a bit older than some of the other Bryant properties that we've rented, but we really enjoyed our stay there. It's quite conveniently located (especially near the public access to the beach), is large and comfortable enough to hold a big family (like ours!), and was generally very clean and well-maintained.

Two guests complained about the hard queen mattresses, but otherwise everyone was suitably accommodated. We tried to write a bit of a guide to the entertainment system; I'd encourage the owners leave behind a clear set of instructions for ease of use. :) I'd also recommend indoor recycling bins to subtly encourage recycling of all the paper and plastic waste generated in a beach trip (I kept pulling water bottles out of the trash). Lastly, it would be great to have soap and shampoo holders in two of the bathroom showers so guests won't have to "wet juggle" their toiletries and bath goods.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this house, and will consider it for future rentals. Thanks, BRE!

The house is very close to the beach, which is great. As well, the house was large enough to accommodate all of the guests we had, and the beds are comfortable. Teenagers can walk to the Kure Beach pier easily. The picture on the right (of the living room) makes the house look smaller than it actually is. I would stay here again.

The house was very beautiful and spacious!! Looked just like the pictures that were on the VRBO website and they even left my son a birthday card and pen. Just wished we could of check in a little earlier

We loved this house. It was great for our group and beautiful inside. Everything was updated and gorgeous. We really loved all the things in the garage that we could use (chairs, beach carts, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.). Nice, short walk to the beach, which wasn't crowded at all, even though it was the middle of July. Our only complaint is the same as everyone else...the TV system was super confusing, and we ended up just not using it. Other than that, everything was well-stocked and wonderful. It is our new house to go to with our family, including small kids.

We are regulars in vacationing in Carolina Beach/Kure Beach area. This home by far has been the nicest home we have rented. The little extras make all the difference! The house was perfect with the exception of the sleep number beds (those of us that had them did not like them at all--we could not get them regulated to be comfortable).

House is nice and clean but we did notice a few things that were odd.
1. There are no dressers in any of the bedrooms. Therefore, no place to put clothes, etc. We had to keep piles on the floor or live out of suitcases all week. It would be nice to have some place to unpack clothing for the week.
2. Very limited towel racks in the bathrooms. I think the lower level bathroom didn't have any towel racks and the others had only one. This leave a lot of towels and wet swim clothing draping all over the shower curtain, bathtub, etc.
3. the master bathroom did not have a door, leaving the bathroom exposed to the bedroom. This made it hard for someone to take a shower while others were in the bedroom.
4. the porch swing broke while sitting on it. the porch swing was supported by 2 small boards and one broke at a knot in the board causing a pretty dangerous situation.

Our vacation stay at Elanora was extremely relaxing and peaceful. The house was clean and neat. The walk to the beach was easy. We had plenty of space for our group of 12. Added bonus to have a second fridge in the garage to store beverages. Plenty of parking. Our only concerns were the beds. Missing mattress and uncomfortable queen beds in 2 of the rooms. No dressers in the bedrooms so you have to be willing to live out of your suitcases. However, owner and Bryant Realty staff were extremely accommodating. I would rent this house again.

Check-in was simple, and the agency was excellent at communicating with us before we arrived. However, the day after we arrived we attempted to use the laundry facilities and found that the dryer did not function properly. We called on Monday and a repairman was sent out, who told us that they needed to order a part and would be back the next day. No one showed up and no one called us to let us know what was going on. I called the agency again on Wednesday and was told someone would check into it and call me back. No one called. I called again on Thursday and spoke to Libby, who actually did call me back after she checked and found out the part had not arrived. Basically we had to hang our clean laundry all over any surface we could find in order to dry it out. It was inconvenient but did not ruin our vacation. However, I would have liked a little more communication from the agency while we were waiting for repairs. It really seemed like no one was very concerned about us. When I checked out I mentioned the dryer dilemma and the employees behind the desk knew immediately what I was talking about and expressed surprise that no one had returned to fix it. If not for this problem I could happily give our experience five stars.

This was a great house to handle our extended family. The living room is bigger than it appears in pictures. It was a great place with plenty of seating for all. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee bean grinders, blender, counter top griddle and so on. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms for all too. My kids and cousins loved the double bunk room. The house was clean and had nice decor and bathrooms. The management company was very helpful and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well. The house was about a 5-8 minute walk to the sand (a few houses back and a short block and a half over from the beach access). We enjoyed this house and would consider it again for next year.

Everyone was absolutely thrilled with the property. The easy beach access, close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions made it a truly enjoyable week. There was plenty of room for everybody with room to spare. This property will be high on our list for future vacation planning.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIEDE WITH ELANORA> It provided a quick walk to the beach. The home was well-kept. Plenty of room. My only concern is that many people, like me, was not familiar with dish and couldn't operate the tvs until we were given directions. You should have a list of directions for use of your tvs.
