Looking for a last-minute beach get-away even during the summer season? Our home “Shearin” is perfect for an individual, couple, or small family with young children!

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place. Conveniently located less than a block from Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the newly constructed public bath house that leads to the nearby beach access. Enjoy ocean views and hours of people watching from the covered deck that overlooks the heart of Wrightsville Beach and all the action. Visit the nearby Shark Bar for a wonderful meal or take in the nightlife at the Palm Room – there are many attractions within walking distance of this condo!

“Shearin” nicely appointed and updated condo that offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and provides direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has nice updates, a queen size sleeper sofa, access to the deck, and bunk set in the nook off the entry.

Load up your boogie boards, beach chairs, and family and head to Wrightsville Beach for a memorable family vacation! “Shearin” is available for a two-night minimum year-round. Please call for daily and monthly rates.

Stay Requirements: Any turn day with a minimum of 2 night stay.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin), 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 1 vehicle.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Experience ok, unit not very clean, few bugs kitchen needs a little more fixing. Very small, but was ok.

Our trip was a relaxing few days before Christmas. It rained the first 2 days, but that didn't hamper our trip because the view and sounds of the beach waves made it refreshing. On the third day, it was gorgeous outside and we were able to easily walk to the beach, have lunch outside at Oceanic and watch the surfers. And that was icing on the cake! The space was clean and comfortable. We felt safe because of the keyless entry to enter the building and to enter our room. Accessing the space was good exercise because of the steps. Oh, even though the space does sleep 6, it was spacious enough for two people to walk around comfortably.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Wrightsville Beach. The condo was a little small for a family of four, but it was close enough to the beach that most of our time was spent on the sand with meals and showers just a few steps away.

The sleeper sofa was broken, but our 17-year-old was happy to sleep on the couch. Additionally, the bars directly below us created a significant amount of noise in the middle of the night. But neither of these inconveniences diminished the fun we had for the week.

We advertise the unit as a one bedroom, since there is truly one bedroom but it has the bunk beds with two twins, and the sleeper sofa which allows for a larger group to stay there! You definitely have the right idea about spending most of the day at the beach - that is how vacation should be! It looks like maintenance went out and fixed the sleeper sofa - the frame was bent but is repaired now if you come back next time! We are so happy you all had a wonderful time and are thankful to be apart of those memories. We hope you will consider renting with our local company again next time you visit the area - take care!

My friend and I visited Wrightsville Beach from Colorado and absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It has everything you need, from silverware to a blow-drier to a Netflix account all set up. The location is tough to beat. We woke up most mornings and walked the Wrightsville Beach loop. Shark Bar downstairs has great food and drink. The porch has an ocean view. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the condo! It’s was simple and just right for our stay. It was easy check in and check out! We loved the view we could see the beach and the parking area fir the beach access. Shirt little walk to beach. We all had a great time. We will be going back!

This was a perfect unit for 2 of us . It was very close to the beach, pier and walking distance to restaurants. The unit was clean and kitchen stocked appropriately. The only negative the couch is worn it was uncomfortable and so was the pull out bed. All in all we liked the place and would stay here again.

This rental is in a great location. Management does a good job. The place was not cleaned in the hard to get to locations: behind doors, in corners, under low lying furnishings, in cabinets, under sink. We stayed during the hurricane and were not able to use the TV system due to the cables put in wrong spots. Never were able to get TV reception. We have stayed twice now and both times liked the location.

This is a great location! Close to beach, restaurants and pier. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed here with 3 teenagers and they loved it. A little tight with 5 people but it worked. It is a noisy area right next to major intersection and beach parking. The city starts blowing sand off the sidewalks at 7:00am every morning.

Building is nice. There a lot of stairs so be prepared Id you have heavy luggage like we did. Kitchen was very nice. Couch was stained which was gross. Bed was uncomfortable and so were the bunk beds. Balcony was super nice and the best thing about the place. It’s in a very safe area and just a block walk to the beach. Rental company great to work with.

We loved the place. Everything was nice and clean. Instructions were very clear. Under the new policy of Bryant Reality we had to get the linen package. Hopefully forms and prices will be adjusted to better explain that linens are included all the time. Also, it would have been nice to have an extra internal lock on the outside door. With that said we felt very safe. We were able to walk to many places during the day and night.

Great location, can see the beach from the balcony! The rental was spacious and very clean. The only negative was the parking situation, we traveled in two vehicles and there was only one assigned parking spot, so we had to pay for parking for a few days for the second vehicle. However, there was paid parking all around our rental location so that was good.

The rental was great--convenient to beach access 14 and a couple bars nearby. The init was a good size for us, a group of four, and was extremely clean. However, as the days went on, the unit developed a musty smell that should be investigated. We just used febreeze since we had it but not everyone packs that!

Bryant real estate was winderful. even open on sundays. the property was clean and everything worked well. only issue was baderoom and bathroom doors locked whenwe shut them. had to get help to open doors..

Overall this was a great place to stay. It is in the center of Wrightsville beach within walking distance to the beach. It is very clean and well kept.

If you are looking for a quiet out of the way place, this might not be the place for you. The property is at a busy intersection and parking area close to Johnnie Mercers Pier. But, if you are looking for convenience than look no further.

We enjoyed the condo very much and were delighted to find that it accommodated us perfectly. Loved the location to the beach, small shops and walking area (The Nesbitt Loop). Also enjoyed the balcony with the view of the water. Added bonus was the laundry facilities provided that allowed us to be stressfree when returning home. Will definitely keep in mind for future vacations.

We had a great 3 day stay. The condo itself was clean, comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. Our only issue was the lack of access to the elevator making moving in and out a lot of work, especially since the building has an elevator but we weren't allowed to use it. Also - this condo has no storage closet on the ground floor like the others. apparently the owner keeps this closet just for themselves. Other than these two issues the stay was great.

Overall a great place. Pictures were accurate of furniture, room layout, etc. Room was very clean. We had a hard time figuring out the tv remote but managed fine when we found Hulu. Big window and deck doors that allowed lots of bright sunlight. Easy walk to the beach. Had breakfast at Causeway Cafe 3 mornings. Room location was at a large public beach access which I thought might be noisy but wasnt bad at all. Would definitely recommend this place.

It was a relaxing getaway. We have stayed with Bryant Real Estate multiple times now and it's always a professional experience. The only miner issue was this property is close to the public beach access and has more traffic than we typically see. This was not a small issue but something that differs from some of our other rentals homes we've stayed at. It was very convenient that the rental office was 30 feet from this property.

The Shearin was perfect for our weekend in Wrightsville Beach. We came into town for a wedding and arrived later than expected. The key was left in an easy to access lock box at the real estate office.

The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Parking for one vehicle was available. It was an easy, one block to the Johnnie Mercer's Pier and the beach as advertised. Great location in the town.

Overall, we were really happy with this rental and would rent here again if we went back to Wrightsville Beach.

Unit was perfect for my wife and I.Very clean,well equipped and cheerfully decorated.The price and value were very good compared to similar units.We are planning to return next January for our break from the upstate NY winter.The only concern we had was that second floor is actually the third floor,due to the parking area.Not that the excercise didn t do us good but we are in our 60s and sometimes carrying groceries or luggage got difficult.Next season we would like to get unit on the first floor.We would highly recommend your units.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Shearing. The condo is in a great location - .8 of a mile to most of the bars and restaurants, although there's a great local bar called The Palm Room just a few steps away from the condo. We loved being just steps away from the beach. The condo is small but perfect the two of us. It might be close-quarters if there were more than 2 people. It basically looks brand new, and very beachy. The folks at Bryant were, once again, wonderful!

Great apartment! We had a very nice stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location was perfect as we could walk everywhere we wanted to go on the beach. The porch was wonderful as you could see the ocean and everything going on in the street. It was also very spacious to spend the late afternoon relaxing on. The bunk beds were actually quite comfortable and cozy as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was great. The Bryant Realty staff made everything so easy. The rental unit was super clean and beautifully decorated. I was within walking distance of the beach.

Perfect location, quiet, yet an easy walk to each end of Wrightsville and restaurants. Clean and very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time in Wrightsvillle even though it was a short weekend getaway for the Wrightsville Half Marathon. The unit was absolutely perfect for our needs and convient to everything we wanted to do. The unit was very clean, well laid out and the appliances looked to be recently upgraded. Next time we come back, we will look to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time, the only thing was that where the bunk beds were, it was not clean. There was dirt and sand around the bunk bed matresses. Also there was a dead roach peeking from the bedroom's ac vent above the door. Gets a little loud over the weekends at night, otherwise, a wonderful time and we got some amazing memories and lovely time that we will cherish the rest of our lives. Thank you!!!

Very relaxing and clean place to stay right next to the beach! We have always stayed in Wrightsville beach for the spring and summer. This is our first time renting a condo and it turned out very nice. We will definitely rent again! Thank you!
