Guest bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds while the living room has a sleeper sofa for those overnight visitors. Fully furnished kitchen.

Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families. Amenities include: indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a tennis court, basketball court, club house, fitness room with new equipment, sauna, picnic grounds and a playground. Our stay was fantastic, ocean front view was beautiful in the morning and at night. Great location for a get away vacation. The condo was nice and clean when we got there. Felt homey. Very satisfied with our stay. A lot of people put that it was outdated I guess, but I didn’t think that at all. It’s was very family oriented. And we loved that.

Was a beautiful beach and wonderful location. Will not rent that unit again. Aged, worn out furniture and appliances. Broken furniture and messy carport filled with trash and debris. Old, broken and unused furnishing taking up space in the closets.

Hi Michael, thank you for your review. The Campo condo is located in quiet area in Kure Beach and that area is attractive to many renters. The condo itself is somewhat dated and is priced accordingly. We do apologize for the dedbris in the carport, that was from the continous repairs from Hurricane Florence and I will have our housekeeping team remove any old furnishing in closets. I do hope that you and your family enjoyed your stay at Kure Beach and that you will return next year.

We had an amazing vacation this year. The condo was clean and we had a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. We had a small problem with the beach umbrella being set up for us. When I called Bryant Realty, we had the problem fixed within the hour. They were very nice and helpful.

Location location. On the beach at Kure Beach is wonderful and you are minutes from Ft Fisher and other destinations and far from traffic. Condo needs some attion including a deep clean. Stove andfurniture are well worn. Bryant responded quickly to resolve the major things (AC didnt work on arrival and tv was ooc). With some TLC the condo could b worthy of the location.

We absolutely enjoyed our experience at Campo's Condo. Any questions or concerns we had, the Bryan Real estate persons were quick to help. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and having more than enough room for 4 people. Will definitely consider staying here in the near future.

we've been renting condos/homes for years, and were pretty dissatisfied with this property company. all communication was by email, no "personal touch" at all, wouldn't work with us for a late check out - even just a short extension - without a huge fee (since we couldn't get there until midnight the first night, and no one checking in the next day, I thought it feasible to ask), and it seemed the only way to get the full info I needed for checkin procedures, etc, was to download their app :-/

The location of the condo was great - absolutely fabulous beach access! This is the ONLY reason I would recommend staying, however I'd warn them ahead of time about the rest & let them decide.

The condition was VERY basic. This place really needs some love! Floors had sand everywhere (I realize hard to stop at the beach, but it was very early in the season & quite noticeable). Almost NOTHING as far as amenities - most places will have a few basics so get you started on your stay, but this place was bare. The only time we heard from anyone was a phone call to say we were late leaving (by 20 minutes, we thought checkout was 11:00 but it was actually 10!)... This was my oversight, and the rep was very nice on the phone saying "Oh no problem!" but later that day, we were charged a $30 "late checkout" fee - which she never mentioned when she had me on the phone. I'm sure this was somewhere in their policies, but seems cheesy to act like no big deal and then charge without saying they were going to.

I will go back to property companies that want our return business, and show this by being flexible and even helpful, trying to ADD to an enjoyable vacation, and most of all are personable and develop a relationship with their clients.

Ron, We appreciate your feedback on your stay and apologize that you felt the automated systems were lacking. Our automated process was enacted in to create a sense of ease and accessibility (keeping our guests from waiting in line and serving them more efficiently). While we realize this is not for everyone, we still welcome walk in’s, calls, and office visits if you prefer. Unfortunately, due to our housekeeping schedule, late check outs or early check ins are considered a service (much like linens), and have fees associated with them. These requests often render the property unrentable for that day, as we must block the day on our calendar to ensure the request can be met. While our representative tried to be flexible and understood that there was a misunderstanding about the check-out time, you remained in the property for an additional hour and a half, causing further delay to our cleaning staff patiently waiting outside the unit. The amount of time this delayed our cleaner warranted a late check out fee, which we graciously opted for a partial day fee rather than the full day which could have been charged per our contract. Thanks again, and we hope you will consider Bryant Real Estate again when planning your next trip to the beach!

This property was so close to the beach and pool. It is sufficient enough for a weeks stay. However, the furniture is old and stained and floors need cleaned. I understand the sand but the floors were very dirty. If cleaners aren't going to mop then a mop needs left so tenant can do it. All in all a very relaxing vacation. Bryant Reality is always very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay, although we didn't really check out the pool or other amenities. We had family staying nearby and hung out there. The condo itself was clean, but was Spartanly decorated. While it was advertised as having 2 parking spaces, they were front to back in an enclosed area. This was a little inconvenient.
