Mad Mole Brewing is the brainchild of two local beer and science lovers: Martin de Jongh and Ole Pederson. Their "craft" began as home brewing, but as news of their delicious concoctions spread, it became clear that they had a product that the masses wanted. Thus, Mad Mole Brewing formed. Their impressive seven-barrel electric brewing process is entirely powered by solar energy. Their specialty brews include a variety of Belgians, IPAs, and more.
