A spacious kitchen with modern appliances, an oversized dining table, and a half bath make this space perfect for hosting dinners, game nights, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach. Large sliding doors lead to another ocean-facing deck, with stairs that take you to the rooftop haven above.

The rooftop deck is the crown jewel of “View-tiful”. Gaze out over the island, sunbathe in privacy, or enjoy happy hour under the pergola as you watch the sky turn pink at sunset. A viewing scope adds a fun twist—spot passing boats, birds, or dolphins on the horizon!

The garage is reserved for storage but stocked with fun extras for beach days, and there’s even a 14-30 Tesla/EV charger ready for your electric vehicle. The fenced-in yard offers a safe and breezy spot for your pup to stretch their legs, and the grill invites you to cook up your favorite family meals alfresco.

Best of all, “View-tiful” is centrally located between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the Tiki Bar, meaning you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and local events. Catch the Thursday Night fireworks, enjoy Movies at the Lake on Sundays, or browse the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market. Stay Restrictions: Friday to Friday rental in Summer. Minimum of two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin over Full), Twin Sofa Bed, Rollaway Bed.
Parking: Parking for three cars. Garage for storage only.
Prohibited: Smoking, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
