"Seaside Retreat" is the perfect place to spend your family beach vacation! Located on the North end of Carolina Beach between the canal and the Atlantic Ocean, this beautiful three bedroom, two bath 3rd floor condo with private deck and fresh, clean decor leaves nothing to be desired! Spend the day at the beach or pool - or both! Relax in the evening with a cold drink on the deck of this top-floor unit with incredible views of the Atlantic.

The bedrooms boast bright, comfortable bedding that welcomes you to relax. The refreshingly decorated first bedroom has a Queen size bed, while a cool and cheerful second bedroom has two Twin beds. The third bedroom is bold and spacious with two Full beds and a study nook. The Full sofa bed is located in the living room. The kitchen has like-new appliances complete with a blender and Keurig to enjoy your frozen beverage of choice or cup of morning coffee while watching the waves roll in. With no detail overlooked, you'll never want to leave this beautifully decorated condo with boutique inn-like features!

Reefs II is a condominium complex on the north end of Carolina Beach just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and centrally located between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Freeman Park. Beach access is directly across the street, and access to the private pool is included with your reservation.

There is a reason Carolina Beach is such a popular destination. Every Sunday evening from Memorial Day to Labor Day there is a free outdoor family movie at the lake. Book one of the daily fishing charters, sunset cruises or dinner cruises at the Marina. Also between Memorial Day and Labor Day, the Boardwalk features rides for the family & fireworks . One thing you must do during your stay at Carolina Beach is visit Britt’s Doughnuts, we promise they are some of the best you will ever taste!

It's a short car ride to visit the North Carolina Aquarium on the South side of the island where divers swim with sharks and the kids can enjoy the touch pools. You may consider taking the Ferry across the waterway to downtown Southport for some antique shopping or dining. Historic downtown Wilmington is only about 20 minutes away. Enjoy a day visiting the Battleship North Carolina, walking along the riverfront, dining in one of the many restaurants or enjoying a horse-drawn carriage ride throughout the city.

There are many activities that you and your family can do including just sitting on our beautiful beach and relaxing. Come visit "Seaside Retreat" for your next vacation and see all that we have to offer.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

The condo was decorated in a beautiful beachy theme. It has plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with. A nice ocean view from front deck ,ocean and canal view from side deck. The condo Air system was great very comfortable. We had a great week .

The view from the rental was amazing. I guess I am just use to staying at place with more amenities. I was disappointed in the one roll of tissue, no paper towels, no dish soap, no extra blankets. But the place was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

We hate to disappoint anyone, so we try hard to explain what you will find in the unit when you check in. We aim to make your arrival pleasant, and want you to be able to refresh yourselves after traveling, but sadly we cannot supply enough consumables for the entire stay. I'll note the missing items with our Hospitality teams as it seems like we dropped the ball. That said, I am so glad to know the place was clean and comfortable, and I hope you will come back for another visit soon!

The rental was very nice. The pool did not work and a man came out yelling at us saying we climbed over pool gate but it wasn’t locked. The tv I. Double bedroom did not work and out deck chairs were dry rotted. The condo floor had sand on it.

The condo was as described & had all of the amenities that were stated. The location was great, walking distance to pier & beach. I think providing chairs by the pool would be beneficial since there was nothing to sit on. We also didn’t have a toilet plunger & had to get one. The tv in living room was difficult to use. I had a negative experience in that I forgot a yeti can holder in the dishwasher. I forgot to get it out before checking out on June 26. I called the real estate agency twice On june 26 asking if housekeeping could take it to the agency for my sister to pick up. I was told housekeeping would be contacted & it could be retrieved june 26 or june 27. I called again on june 27 & was told housekeeping wouldn’t be able to go back in since new renters were already there. I was told I would be contacted on July 3 about the situation, however, my sister checked out June 26 & won’t be able to pick up if new renters left it there. I think we paid enough money renting the property, that this wasn’t an unreasonable request.

Jen - We're happy to hear you enjoyed Seaside Retreat. Did you look next to the washer/ dryer in the hallway bathroom? There you will find a black plunger for this property. So you know, our Maintaince Department is avaible to all guests upon request. We would have supplied you with a plunger if you were unable to locate one. The Reefs condo complex is ran by a private HOA. The HOA of this condo complex does not supply chairs or tables at the pool. This is completely out of our hands. Hospitality received your request about a missing Yeti cup you state you left in the dishwasher after your departure. The cleaner nor the inspector did not find the black Yeti cup in the dishwasher as described, this was relayed to the parties of your reservation when they came into our office to inquire. As stated before, Hospitality has made a note and will check the cabinets in the kitchen after the current paid guests have departed. You will receive a call from our Hospitality department once this has been completed. UPDATE 7/5/21 - As discussed over the phone, we had the cleaner, inspector, and one of our Hospitality Leaders search the property for your missing Yeti cup. Unfortunately, we did not come across it. Thank you for understanding how our process works when retrieving items guests left behind on a very busy Saturday. Thank you for allowing Seaside Retreat to host your beach vacation.

We really enjoyed Carolina Beach. Our rental wasn’t too bad either. Obviously throughout Covid-19 there are restrictions and that’s ok. There is a man with a condo who over looks the pool that will harass people enjoying the pool the whole time you’re out there by staring at you through the window and coming out and preaching the rules to you (there was only 2 people in the pool, and you are allowed up to 8) the unit was good, but recommended to bring your own pillows and blankets as you are only provided one thin blanket per bed. The kitchen was nice to have. The close access to the beach was great, we really enjoyed our stay outside of the “Pool Police” I would recommend speaking the that gentlemen as customers pay a lot of money to enjoy these things for a weeks time, and it takes one bad apple to make things go south. Outside of that we truly enjoyed this vacation. Thank you

Despite multiple calls, it took almost 3 days to get the maintenance man out and get the internet/WiFi working. I made it clear it was urgent since there were professionals that needed access to patient charts and information. Somewhat disappointed/frustrated since we have had previous rentals with Bryant that were excellent but just one unsatisfying experience such as this was a big deal.

My family loved staying in this rental. It was well equipped and you could tell the owners care about their property. Amazing views, great location. No signage to tell you were the unit is onsite, so it was a bit of a guess which set of stairs to climb. Management could have communicated better the current covid restrictions during the time of our stay, as well as notify us prior to arriving at the door that there was a leak in the lower unit and access to the unit we were renting was needed. There were notes around the apartment and in a book that were helpful to use things during the stay, since the printed wifi password given to us with our keys was wrong.
Overall we were really happy with the property.

3rd floor ocean view from the balcony was awesome. However at night, roaches enjoyed it more than we did. Going up 6 flights of stairs was not fun. Unit was clean (no roaches inside) furniture stained and not the most comfortable. Location was great. Pool was nice and clean. Short walk to the beach and short drive to many restaurants and the aquarium.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect with a wonderful view of the ocean. The only two things that would have made it better would have been a room on the ground floor for beach chairs and stuff and an elevator. Those steps can really take a toll on you especially having to carry a one year old. But other than that it was great!

Overall we had a great experience! We had 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was furnished with most items you would need to comfortable stay! The location to the beach was perfect, just steps from the property and having a pool was definitely a perk also!

Vacation rental was beautiful! The view to the water was amazing and the condo was gorgeous! Everything was decorated beautifully and the bedrooms were very comfy.

Fire alarm detector battery died so it kept on beeping. Called the emergency maintenance number and within minutes someone called right back and told us what to do. Very helpful

The condo was in a perfect location and would definitely stay there again. Loved having a pool also. The only thing I would change is to have more living room seating area. The 2 wicker chairs are very uncomfortable. I would switch those out for a love seat sofa.

The property was exactly as described on the listing. Beach access was quick & easy for our family. The storage room in the parking area was extra & unexpected. It was perfect for storing all the beach stuff so we didn’t need to carry it up to our condo everyday.

This condo is wonderful as long as you don't mind walking up several flights of steps to get there. Great for us, but it wouldn't be great for anyone with physical limitations. And balcony maybe not good for families with small children. We loved it and will return. The view was beautiful and the beach access is so close. Condo was lovely. Only complaints would be that the lights on the landings outside in the stairwell were too dim to be safe. Also, the dishwasher isn't secured in place and falls on your toes.... Also, because of all the stairs, I'd recommend renting the sheets and towels....There were a lot of trips up all those stairs... But overall, great experience.

Unfortunately, the outside of the condo is maintained by the HOA, so we have no control over what lighting they use. However, we will certainly see what we can do about the dishwasher! Check in was easy. The only problem was finding the correct unit once we arrived at the building. We finally found it on the parking passes we were given. The unit was at attractive. The floors were a little "gritty" butover all the unit was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a great stay with our toddler at this location. Very clean and well equipped, awesome view, super close to the beach. Really appreciated the storage closet downstairs for beach gear. It surpassed our expectations - we were very pleased! Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at the Seaside Retreat ,4 adults and 4 little kids, it really had the perfect layout. Lots of steps, but it was worth it to be able to see enjoy the gorgeous ocean views. The pool area was super nice, which the kids LOVED, and the ocean access is literally across street, super convenient. Everything in the condo was super nice, clean and maintained well. Had trouble cooling the back bedroom down the whole wknd, but the rental company brought us fans and we made it just fine. My only real complaint is there is a permanent resident who lives in the complex and she was very rude to us, and made it clear she hates that this property is rented out to vacationers. That was unfortunate but did not ruin our vacation. Highly recommend this rental, and we will be back.

Easy check-in and out. Right across from the beach access. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The pictures of the place are accurate. It had everything we needed for 4 adults and 1 child. It is an easy drive to the board walk and food. Only draw back is you have to carry your suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, but at least there was a storage unit on the ground floor for beach items. Altogether great place to stay!

Stayed with the family- 5 adults and 2 children and this was the perfect place. Just one block from the beach, plenty of room for everyone, close to amenities but not too close. Looked exactly like the pictures. Overall the place was clean and well cared for. Two of the chairs on the deck were broken but the real estate came right away to remove them. We were able to barbecue downstairs next to the pool and the closet downstairs was great for storing all our beach stuff. The only complaint was that there were a lot of stairs but I thought the view was worth it . Plus the kitchen is fully outfitted including a Kurik so it would have been nice to know that we didn't need to bring anything besides food. Paid extra for the towels and sheets and it was worth not having to bring more stuff from home. Also great to have washer & dryer in the unit. We did wash the floors due to all the sand & did a better job than the current cleaning service. I think they may want to spend a bit more time when they turn it over. Also the back bedroom mattresses could use some help. Overall a great fun vacation with the family. Beach was beautiful and quiet as only residents from the area are on it.
