Wake up each morning with expansive views of the crystal-clear waters of the iconic Intracoastal Waterway that is teeming with birds and sea life. The vertical floor plan provides a wonderful sense of privacy that is unmatched and extremely unique. Come experience the magic that awaits!

As you enter this beautiful condo, you are greeted by the breathtaking sound views and the pristine kitchen complete with shiplap details. Featuring granite counter tops, reverse osmosis water filtration system, stainless steel appliances, large pantry, and an open concept living space, the kitchen truly is the heart of this lovely home. There is bar seating and a dining table that will accommodate up to six guests. Several board games come in handy for evening or rainy-day entertainment. Snuggle up on the couch and spend hours bird watching, reading, or catching up on your favorite shows. Grab a pair of binoculars and head out to the deck to watch the sea life or catch a spectacular sunset. Composite decking ensures a splinter free outdoor experience! There is a guest room with a queen bed, twin bed, and television on this living level. A full bathroom off the entry way services this bedroom as well as your visitors.

Upstairs you will find the second guest bedroom and spacious sound front primary suite. The guest room features a private bathroom, queen bed, and television to ensure your guests have all the privacy and comforts of home. Furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed, the primary suite is the ultimate retreat. Large sliding glass doors provide an amazing view of the Intracoastal Waterway and leads to your own private deck. You will wake up each morning to endless water views and a sense of peace. The ensuite bathroom offers a large closet, walk in shower, and a large vanity.

The garage is available to guests and provides beach chairs, beach cart, bikes, a refrigerator for extra storage, and crab pots. Spend warm summer evenings cruising the island by bike and soak up the island life. Rent a kayak or paddle board from SUP and set off on an early morning excursion through the winding paths of seagrass in the beautiful clear waters to start your day. The beach is approximately a 2-minute walk from the condo and easy to access, so this home offers the best of both worlds! The possibilities and views are endless at “Sea La Vie @ WB”!

******There is a boat slip that is not automatically included with the rental that may be offered to renters upon request. Access to the boat slip requires approval and may not be guaranteed. If approved, no boats over 23 feet in length are permitted and additional boat relocation fees will apply, no exceptions. Please call our office to inquire before booking your stay. This slip is for one boat only, no double parking. Floating lifts are prohibited and there is not space for boat trailers. Guests will need to secure boat trailer parking offsite and will be responsible for any fines related to not following these HOA rules.

The Cordgrass Bay complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) for the specific building and unit. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. There is a community dock that guests may fish from but private property, such as boats, are not to be touched or otherwise disturbed.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Twin.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, Pets, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Optional Boat Slip w/ Nonrefundable Fee, Keyless Entry, Community Pool, Tennis Court, Garage, Beach Equipment, Soundfront.

Lovely condo, having the garage is a great convenience for the beach toys and bikes. I give 4 stars not for the location but because Bryant won’t let you get a parking pass to go to the beach if you arrive before 4. The small bech access on the sound side was great as you have no crowds.
