“Odin” is a top floor condo that is beautifully decorated in soothing ocean inspired tones. Immediately upon entering the condo you are drawn to the living room and the expansive ocean views. Vaulted ceilings are accented by large picture windows that allow natural light to flood the living space. A tasteful and soft color palate is contrasted with rich textures and a shiplap accent wall. The warm and inviting décor welcomes you to sit down, relax, and switch into vacation mode.

Just off the living room is the ocean front primary suite with King bed and ensuite bathroom. Wake up each morning to the waves crashing, soft sea breezes, and seabirds swirling in the salt air. This suite offers direct access to the ocean front balcony, has a smart tv, and features a skylight above the bed for star gazing.

There are two sound front guest rooms that can work great for kids or for additional guests. The first guest room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the other guest room has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom at the end of the hall that services these two bedrooms. Spend your days lounging poolside with your favorite book, engaging in a friendly tennis match, of soaking in the sun and sand. Enjoy three private beach accesses, pristine manicured grounds, an elevator to all floors, and the spectacular sunset views over the marsh. The complex also offers ground level storage for all your beach equipment for a convenient and hassle-free experience. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Seasonal parking fees may apply and will be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Restrictions: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 2-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

We had a lovely long weekend on our favorite beach. The condo's location is great, with beautiful beach views from the den and main bedroom, and a spacious balcony that runs the length of the outdoor space. The place is generally well-equipped; however, we were surprised that there was no ice-maker...just a couple of plastic trays. I haven't seen those in a while! Overall, the space was clean, but it would benefit from a deep cleaning for walls, doors, and woodwork. We enjoyed our was comfortable and relaxing!

This was our second stay at Odin/Wrightsville Dunes. Unit is very well equipped and a great size for our family. Also very clean at check in. Loved being able to get into the unit a little earlier too. Only issues we experienced were with the condo complex - the lights around the tennis court are not functioning which we used every night after dinner.

My experience working with Bryant has been great. My only suggestion would be to change the period to put the $100 deposit down for the following year. We unplug from our phones while on vacation so I did not see the deadline of 4pm Friday during our stay. I think giving the renters thru the week after their stay would be more ideal. I called twice asking to put my deposit down - the following Monday & Tuesday but was told that wasn’t allowed. We would have definitely booked for next summer.

We arrived May 27 to remodeling being done next door. Pounding, power saws, etc. were not what we expected after 10 hours of driving. The noise stopped for Sunday and Memorial Day, then resumed Tues thru Fri. on the other side of the wall and above us (upstairs of next door). Equipment and materials limited the space outside our external door when leaving. The workers smoked on the next door balcony and the smoke blew our way. We don't smoke, and it was a nuisance. It ruined what we thought would be a relaxing quiet week. Someone should have warned us before we arrived or alternate arrangements should have been made. I was told that compensation would be made and I would be contacted, but no one followed up. Otherwise, the location was ideal and the rental very nice.

The condo was actually nice. We loved it was on the top floor, and Wrightsville Dunes is always a nice place to stay. I have stayed in other condos here, so I was disappointed that this one did not have any kind of water filter. The sulfur smell when using the water was quite distasteful. I have to say I would stay again ONLY IF the owners put in a water filter system. If not, then I could not stay again.

***Update as of 01/07/22: A new stainless-steel water heater has been installed. This was a professional recommendation and was stated to be the best way to remove water odor and improve the water quality.

Our Rental experience was great as is becoming the usual with Bryant.

We had access to the outdoor closet in this unit, but the key didn't work and Daniel was there in about ten minutes to get us a new key that actually did work.

The place was great and beautiful as advertised. A cleaning note would be to have the skylight in the bedroom regularly cleaned. It had cobwebs and potentially dead bugs in it.

ALSO, for anyone reading this staying there in the next 4-6 weeks, there is construction going on a couple floors below and it was loud. Sounded like they were on the floor below us. We were told they would only be working from 9-5, but they definitely started before 8am a couple days. This was troubling as we had an 8 month old baby trying to sleep. The crew was throwing things from the first floor into a dumpster on the ground floor and as you can imagine it was pretty loud. We also had remnants of some work from the chimney that fell on our balcony.

But you can't complain about the view, by far the best balcony view I've had at Wrightsville Beach. The big windows and doors were fantastic!

The parking space is under the building and right next to the elevator. The appliances had been upgraded. This is a great spot! We loved it other than what I mentioned earlier. The unit also had quite a few supplies like paper, pens, tape measures, etc.

One final idea for an upgrade would be a Smart TV or Roku or something for the living room TV. We hooked up our computer to the TV through the HDMI cable that was there to watch Netflix.

The unit we rented was very spacious and well equipped with everything you need including pool noodles, beach chairs, etc. Our other family members stayed at other properties along the beach and our unit by far was the nicest. The location was great. The ocean view was simply amazing. The elevator access was so close to our unit and yet it was so quiet. Upon arrival the unit seemed clean but after a couple hours our feet were black - all 6 of us! I realize we are at the beach - it’s sandy but this was black and we didn’t even go to the beach yet. My sister stayed at another Bryant property and experienced the same thing. I moped the entire unit.

The owner recently replaced the couch and dining table and reupholstered the furniture. Although we were unaware of any cleanliness issues during your stay, we apologize you were unhappy with the cleanliness of home. We can assure you that the home was cleaned, including sweeping and mopping all floors, prior to your arrival. Our hospitality staff has been notified of your concerns and would have loved the opportunity to come assess the floors and correct any issues that may have been present during your vacation. Please note for any future stays that our hospitality and maintenance staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist our guests and to make sure everyone is having a wonderful vacation. Additionally, we just placed a floor steamer in the unit that our housekeeping team will utilize to ensure the floors are cleaned more thoroughly for our valued guests to enjoy! The cleanest and the most accommodating stay we have had in Wrightsville Beach is years. October is a great time to visit WB due to low crowd numbers and the ocean temps are still moderate.

Condo was nice. Not as clean as expected. Lots of crumbs on the living room floor. Location was great but parking was a nightmare. We had 3 cars and one had to park at the airport after driving around for hours. Office suggested parking but they all had towing signs. Would not stay again due to parking

This was a perfect spot for our family this year since the pandemic quarantined us pretty much to our rental property. It was a perfect location, and all was clean. We do feel that furniture upholstery should be replaced or cleaned more thoroughly. The kitchen was adequate but may need an upgrade to compete with other properties. One complaint for at least 2 of the bedrooms was that the air conditioner was very loud in the night time when it came on.

This unit is in the best location, has a beautiful view and is spacious. You can’t beat the view from this unit, would highly recommend because of it. Unfortunately there’s a lot that could be updated and make it much more valuable - dryer doesn’t not work well, hot water is hit or miss, cooking ware is very dated as are furniture and fixtures. This unit could increase in value significantly with some reasonable updates.

We had a great time at this condo. It was very clean and the property management team helped immediately when we had an issue. The condo had not bee used in a while and the water had a sulfur smell and the shower heads had stopped up. Maintenance came and allowed the water to run to get rid of the sulfur smell and unstopped the shower heads. It would have been nice to have that taken care of before we arrived.

A tastefully decorated 3bdrm unit, calming and clean. So perfectly lovely, it was my favorite Wrightsville Dunes unit so far. The elevator was not working due to hurricane repairs but I found the stairs manageable. We didn't cook during our stay so I can't speak to that. My only request, be it minor, is that there were instructions on how to use the main TV and it's several remotes.

The condo was clean with good furnishings and beds. Some ceiling lights were burned out and need replacing and the elevator was broken (on the third floor) were the only negatives. The beach was away from the crowds which was nice.

Great location and complex offers nice amenities - two pools, tennis court, proximity and access to mostly private beach.
Condo needs a very, very deep clean, beyond what a cleaning service can do in a few hours Saturday morning between rentals.
Also, kitchen needs additional items, including bowls, prep items, food storage containers and other things. We cook and bake in the entire week we are at the beach, and it was difficult to do this with the limited supply of items.

Our second year having family in town and wanting to be together (my condo downtown is too small.) Odin unit was clean and well-equipped to allow our family to celebrate our belated holiday together. The four of us were looking for an escape from winter and this was just the ticket. The weather was moderate and we were able to get a nice beach walk in on Friday. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix our meals. Wonderful views - dolphins, water birds feeding on schools of fish close to shore and a rowing team practicing all added to our enjoyment! Highly recommend Odin!

Bryant support renting, checking in and while there was excellent. Unit location and surroundings- excellent as well...but condo was like either owners either had abandoned unit or just met the furnishing needs to make barely rentable. Dryer broken, blinds covering full glass ocean view partially made to make do with invisible tape and kitchen tableware and cooking utinsels a sad collection.

This property was perfect for a relaxing week watching the Atlantic. It was quiet and provided excellent views of the ocean. If you are interested in taking in the view of the beach, it is somewhat impeded by the dunes. This property is comfortable and provides plenty of seating, and areas to sit and relax. There are a couple of maintenance items that should be addressed (blinds in front bedroom). The property is not renovated, but well kept and comfortable

Property condition

We were very pleased with our visit. The condo was nice and weather was perfect. Liked the ocean view and the elevator was important for older family members. The only real concern we has was limited to two parking places as we were visiting from different cities. However, at this time of year there was plenty of open parking.
