The beautiful master bedroom has a King-sized bed and private on suite bathroom. Balconies on both living levels are great for sipping a beverage while watching the sun set! There is a sleeper sofa in the den if you need the extra bed.

The best part of this wonderful family home is the furnished outdoor living area that really makes you soak up the island life. The back yard is a great space to let your four-legged family member run! An enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day at the beach convenient.

While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Take a stroll around the lake, which features farmers markets, paddleboats, festivals, and Sunday movie nights in the park. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. My family of 10 had an amazing time. We had not one complaint. The unit was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated.
The beach toys and supplies were an unexpected surprise.
Please note that a gas grill and fire pit are available for use at Just Beachy!
Super convenient to the Tennessee Ave Access!

Very nice condo that is just 3 blocks from beach access. The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the experience was great. One thing that was frustrating in the beginning was getting into the house. The email I received with information about the house said I needed to go to the real estate office to get parking passes and enter a code to get into the house (the code was not listed). I got to the real estate office after hours which was fine because the email said my parking passes would be in the after hours box. When I entered the code, I saw that my parking passes were not in there and I had no code to get into the house. Luckily, I got in contact with the emergency maintenance request option and was able to talk to someone that connected me with the on call property manager. She told me that we didn't need parking passes and was able to get the code, which was great! But it also would have been nice and less stressful if that information was known ahead of time. We were on the verge of getting a hotel room because we didn't know if we would be able to get in touch with anyone in time. Also, some of the sheets in the house were missing. There were towels in place of the sheets, which I'm assuming was an accidental oversight. Not a big deal, but I wanted to let you know that for the future. Other than that, everything was great!

We apologize if the information was misleading or unclear and are double checking everything in our correspondence to correct any information needed. The linens are placed in the property and wrapped with cellophane to ensure the highest level of sanitation possible and to reduce the risk of contamination. We apologize for any inconvenience if the sheets were not placed with the towels. We hope to see you again soon!
