The included boat slip makes it the perfect vacation spot for those who enjoy getting out on the water! Located two blocks from the Scallop beach access, your family is close to the beach, close to the Boardwalk and close to one another.

Upon entering this third floor, walk up unit, you'll find the primary bedroom on the street side. This bedroom features a king bed and on suite bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a double bed, and the bathroom is in the hallway just a step or two from the bedroom door.

The kitchen and living area are combined, and the kitchen counters are new and perfectly frame the stainless steel appliances. Note that there is no dishwasher. There is a large streaming TV in the den so you can enjoy movie night, but the views of our tropical sunsets will beckon you out onto the deck each evening.

This condo complex is outfitted with a roof top sun deck, with boat views in every direction. Get up early and catch a sunrise over the Atlantic, or just check out the waves before you head over to put those toes in the sand. There is also a shared laundry center downstairs, adjacent to the parking areas underneath the building.
