With a strong base of returning guests, availability is limited, so early reservations are encouraged.

Nestled on the quiet southern end of the island, Breezeland offers sweeping ocean views, gentle sea breezes, and direct private beach access just steps away. The middle-floor apartment, Breezeland #1 (Lower), features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with two spacious covered porches where rocking chairs invite slow mornings with coffee and unhurried evenings listening to the rhythm of the waves. Inside, the expanded kitchen and generous dining space create a natural gathering place for shared meals and laughter, while the plush sectional and cozy bistro table make game nights and late-night conversations feel effortless. The primary suite includes a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom, while a second bedroom with two twin beds and a third bedroom with a queen bed provide comfortable accommodations for family and guests alike.

The top floor is divided into Breezeland #2 and Breezeland #3, two charming apartments that mirror one another in layout and warmth. Each offers 2 bedrooms—including a queen primary bedroom and a twin guest room—and a full bathroom. Thoughtfully renovated in calming coastal tones, both spaces feel light, airy, and inviting. Oceanfront porches with rocking chairs provide front-row seats to sunrise skies and salt-kissed breezes. Fully equipped kitchens with compact dishwashers make preparing fresh seafood dinners easy, while queen bedrooms with deck access and subtle antique accents add character and comfort. Whether you’re unwinding on the sectional with a favorite show streaming or simply sitting quietly with the sound of the surf in the background, these spaces are designed for relaxation.

On the ground level, outdoor sitting areas offer additional space to gather, while the enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off sandy toes part of the daily rhythm. A communal laundry room services the two top-floor apartments, and a private beach walkway ensures that sunrise strolls, afternoon swims, and sunset reflections are always within easy reach. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay outside of the summer months.
Bedding Configuration: 4 Queen, 6 Twin.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 6 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
