Seasonal Inspectors
May - August We hire contract inspectors to go to each unit to have eyes on the properties after the cleaners leave to inspect cleanliness, report any obvious maintenance issues, make sure linens are there, and sometimes a little light cleaning is needed if the housekeepers missed something. We provide you with an inspector bag containing paper towels, disinfectant, light bulbs, air freshener, extra toilet paper, soaps, face masks, gloves, etc. Work will primarily only be needed on Saturday's but sometimes a Friday or Sunday shift can be added based on need. You will be assigned 8-10 properties to inspect and you are paid by the unit. Typically inspecting lasts from 11am - 4pm. You will utilize an app to follow housekeeping progress then mark each inspection completed.
