The exquisite kitchen features Thermador appliances, a commercial gas range, large storage pantry, and all the conveniences you would expect from a luxury home. Featuring a sit in bar and with waterfall countertops designed from Italian marble, this kitchen will make cooking and hosting a treat! There is a laundry room near the entry door for added convenience. The two guest rooms are located across from the kitchen and share a full bathroom. The first guest room is furnished with an extravagant king-sized bed. A large double door closet provides ample storage space for your guests and ensures their comfort. The second guest room is across the hall and is furnished with a lavishly decorated queen-sized bed.

Past the kitchen, down the sunlit hallway, is the spacious primary suite. Wake up each morning with expansive views of the Intracoastal Waterway. A cushy seating area with two textured swivel chairs and a side table give the space two meanings: a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the water views in private or a viewing area for the large flat screen TV. Solar powered window coverings in the common area and primary bedroom allow you to control privacy with just the touch of a button! Enjoy dinner with a sunset view at the Bluewater Restaurant which is a short walk from the condo. For a more casual experience, stroll over to Poe’s Tavern or Lighthouse Beer and Wine. Just across the waterway is the famous Bridge Tender Restaurant and Dockside – wonderful for outdoor dining. Spend the evenings pedaling the island by bike and as you wind on down the road soaking in the culture, you will feel like a local. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
