Betty Grisdale

Betty Grisdale obtained her real estate license in 1981. She has owned and managed a real estate company with both sales and rental departments. Betty was Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce at Carolina Beach, and has owned several restaurants. She also has experience in flipping houses and condos, so she is well versed in construction and evaluating investment returns on large renovations. Betty also owned Carolina Beach Furniture, and staged/furnished the rental units she managed. Betty was born in the mountains of NC which holds a special place in her heart– after the beach, of course. Betty has extensive knowledge at the Carolina Beach and Kure Beach market, you would be hard pressed to find a property with which she is unfamiliar.
