Located on East Henderson Street in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, less than ½ block to the beach – the location simply cannot be beat!

“Williams Lower” unit is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower unit within a duplex that has a convenient floor plan that caters to families and groups of all configurations. The open concept living, dining, kitchen area offers plenty of space to spread out while keeping everyone together. Johnnie Mercer’s Pier is just 2 blocks north and the local shops and restaurants are also within walking distance!

Off the main living area there are 4 bedrooms that all have convenient access to the two shared bathrooms. The first bedroom is perfect for children or younger family members and is furnished with a full bed and a bunk bed. The other three bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds. The covered front porch is a great spot people watching or just relaxing in the shade! Enjoy grilling and eating meals with the family on the outdoor picnic table after a long day in the sun. There is an outdoor shower for added convenience so you can rinse off that pesky sand after playing in the ocean.

For larger family gatherings, rent the W099 “Williams Upper” unit which is directly above for a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - contact Bryant directly for details.

Outside Shower. Off-street parking for 2-3 cars. Occupancy: 10. No Smoking. No Pets. Fireplace use is not permitted.

We arrived & were allowed to get in a little early. First impression-nice, clean, simply decorated unit. Some items were a little outdated but accommodating. The beds were comfortable. There were a few small concerns with operation of items but this was resolved.

This home was equipped with everything you would need for a week's vacation. We had 2 families, 7 people total, and it was the perfect amount of space. It was pleasantly decorated. We were very pleased with everything about it.

It was good. However we had a 10am check out and cleaning crew shows up at 8:30. Plus found trash behind and under bed in the bedroom behind the kitchen.

We love this house, the location is great. This year though the house was a little run down and it isn't being cleaned very well. The front door did not have a shade on the window. The island countertop look like it had been broken it was warped. The shower curtain in the bathroom kept falling. And this year there was a family upstairs with five kids. Something really needs to be done to soundproof the bottom half of this house. for the stomping and running and jumping and all that noise started at 6:00 in the morning. And went on till 9:00 and 10:00 at night.

This house was great for our family. Quick walk to beach or down for ice cream or to the Pier, perfect location. The house was equipped with everything we needed, having linens provided was so nice and less to pack. Reported 2 minor issues and Bryant was quick to answer and address. We’ll definitely be back. It was clean it was roomy it was very close to the beach there was no stairs to have to lug up all your luggage. Would you love to stay there again. The only drawback I saw was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs renters. They need to try to soundproof that somehow. Otherwise it was perfect and we loved it!

Very convenient location to the beach. Nothing fancy but good overall beach vibe. During our stay the upstairs unit was rented & they had 6 children, luckily for us the kids were young & went to bed early. Overall a great location, at a fair price.

Our experience was great. House was clean and all appliances worked. We needed a hose nozzle for the outside foot wash area and was accommodated timely, and everyone was super nice. Even better we were steps away from the beach!!!

Overall, high value for ability to sleep many people. We had 8 staying here and were very comfortable. Initially had issues with rental upon checking (leaking toilet, mold_ which was quickly remedies by Brayant Real Estate by repairing drywall and updaters unit toilet leak and completely replacing moldy drywall on celling. I was reimbursed for the first day as we were unable to stay there. I would rent this unit again if I had a large group and wanted a budget rental in wrightsville beach. Keep in mind this is first floor rental and there is another rental above- some noise from the people renting above on 2 nd floor, not well noise protected.

First Stay in Wrightsville Beach

The rental started with a call before I arrived stating that the door code system was not functioning properly and that I needed to pick up a key from the office. This was not a major deal but the first set of keys I picked up did not work. I picked up another key (Just One as it was a master key and it worked). I was told they would repair the lock but it had problems all week. The gas grill would only work with 2 of the five burners working, but fortunately I brought my own. The changed the tank, but I still had the same problem. The Ice maker in the freezer would only produce 4 cubes at a time (Again not a problem as I brought my own ice trays) and notified them at the end of my stay. Other than that the accommodations were outstanding. The rooms were clean and the items needed to cook were provided (I always bring my own frying pans and cookware to be safe). We enjoyed are stay at this location and plan to book it again next year. Just remember if you have more than 2 vehicles you may have to get creative with parking. We managed to get 4 vehicles in the space of 2. all in all I would recommend this place as it is 150 steps from an awesome beach and it is very quiet during the week. Great place for a family vacation.

Pretty good overall - the location was very good and you could walk to restaurants.
The TVs could be better and there were very limited channels on the tv in the living area - could have been user error but with three remotes there is some confusion.
I'd add some sound insulation in ceiling - you could hear every step in the upstairs unit.

We rented 11b lower on East Hendersen, just off off South Lumina, less than a block from Bryant Real Estate. The unit was clean and well equipped with 2 full baths, 46" flat screen, DVD player, cable and WiFi. The beach was maybe 75 yards away and on the beach side of South Lumina. No road crossing. Once on the beach, a pier is maybe 100 yards to the left. The beach is 100 yards wide, at least at low tide. The water is the clearest I've ever seen on the East Coast. At waist depth you could see your feet. UNC Wimington campus is maybe 20 minutes away so the "scenery" was pleasant. The only thing I would have changed would have been to rent the upper apartment, as the pitter patter of the 4 little boys required ear plugs in the evening to sleep.

The house itself is nothing fancy but I didn't spend much time indoors. The location is right at the beach access and within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. It was so nice not to have to worry about public parking.

A cozy beach home just 4 houses from the beach. With small children this was a perfect location for access to the sand/ocean. The outdoor shower and hose was very useful for cleaning everything off upon return, and the patio tables and grill made for easy outdoor living.

The first 3 days, the stove was not working, it took them 3 days to come out to get it fixed.

Steps to the beach, and walking distance to town. Perfect for the independent teens in our group! Also, right on the walking trail. Loved it. However, this particular rental is not for the light sleeper, as there was no getting away from the noise of the upstairs renters. I didn't mind the noise, but some might.
