This is the perfect place for your family to come and enjoy the salty fresh air and the calming sounds of the ocean.

The first living level of this home has a Queen bedroom with a connected bathroom and another bedroom with two Twin beds. All three living levels of this home can be accessed via stairs or elevator for added convenience and ease of accessibility. The main level of this property features an open floor plan with a great room that includes the fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom, dining area that seats six, a convenient kitchen island with additional bar seating, and a spacious living room with ample seating that leads to a private deck. Enjoy family meals, movie nights, or relax on the deck and soak in the expansive ocean views!

The third level has a Queen guest bedroom with a private bathroom that makes a comfortable and private space for your guests. The master bedroom is oceanfront and features wonderful ocean views, a cozy King-sized mattress, and luxurious ensuite. Who doesn’t want to wake up with a view of the ocean? Expansive oceanfront balconies on all three levels make this a sensational vacation spot.

While in the area, be sure to check out the fun and quirky town we call our own. The Carolina Lake is right across the street, which features the Saturday morning farmer’s market and the Sunday night Movie in the Park. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is only 6 blocks away and that’s where you will find fun shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Across the street is our “famous” Veggie Wagon, which specializes in fruits, vegetables and homemade goodies that will accommodate the whole family!

This is our third year in this beachfront rental and I believe our 5th year working with Bryant. We absolutely love the location, as it's walking distance to Brit's and the boardwalk, while also being close to numerous eating spots a block or two south... We couldn't have liked it any more and we have already booked for next year! ... Plus, everyone at Bryant is so helpful and responsive.

We had a great week at Carolina Beach. Have been going to OBX since 1963!...but due to Covid last year we went to CB and are going to come back every year. It's a great a little beach town and the beaches are more accessible than OBX (not the huge dunes you find in Corolla) and the drive in and out of the area is easer. The house was beachfront which makes the whole vacation that much more. The house was nice - but definitely needs some upgrades in den furniture and somewhat cluttered a bit in the kitchen. House is amazing though and I don't really go to the beach for the amenities so it didn't effect my visit other than I noticed some things looked old and probably needed replacing a couple years ago. Great time - loved it.

Not only does Whitney sit right on the beach with private (shared with C121) beach access, this massive townhouse also sits near shops, restaurants, and even Carolina Beach Lake Park were you can enjoy a picnic or watch the geese swim by. Did you have the chance to check out Kure Beach while visiting? Kure Beach is located at the end of Carolina Beach and offers some amazing amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Not only can you tour Fort Fisher and learn about the history in our area, you can also take the ferry over to historic Southport and explore while enjoying great shops and restaurants just like CB. Right past Fort Fisher you will also find our beautiful aquarium with the all new otter exhibit this year! The fun here never seems to end! Thank you for the feedback concerning the furniture and the items in the kitchen. We have taken note and will discuss some options with the owners. The house was a great location, the beach was beautiful and nice and quiet since it’s not next to a hotel or public access. The house was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed, and the separate floors was nice for keeping the two families separated. Close to dining, and boardwalk, can walk to pick up dinner from a few places which was nice.
A couple things the house can improve on, new appliances since the ice machine didn’t work on the fridge , and the dishwasher didn’t work well. The dining situation is not good for young kids (all high top seating).

The Whitney was a beautiful vacation spot right on the ocean. Ten of my family got together, including our children and grandchildren. This was our second stay at this house. It had plenty of room to spread out, had lovely beach decorations and was clean. It seemed to be recently renovated. I loved having the sliders open to the fresh ocean breezes. The kitchen had all the accroutements that we needed. It was great for the kids to go to the beach whenever they got up. The management company was very accomodating. The elevator didn't work for several days, but we were fairly compensated for it.
I highly recommend this location, house and Bryant Real Estate.

Brought my family here to find some sense of normalcy during the coronavirus pandemic. Things aren't exactly normal yet, but that didn't matter. The ocean waves still roll in and out, the beach is still warm and fun, and places like this give you the opportunity to reconnect with family, relax, and escape from the world as we know it. The house was perfect. I brought my 78 year old mother-in-law, who hadn't seen the ocean in years, and is limited in her ability to get around. The elevator was the perfect amenity to have to let her enjoy her stay without having to navigate the many stairs. The house was well equipped with kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies and clean linens. We even had fun with the many beach toys and games that allowed us to enjoy our days and evenings with the kids. But the best part is the view of the beach, as well as proximity to the boardwalk area of Carolina Beach. Some of our favorite Carolina Beach bars and restaurants were closed (or limited in service), and we certainly missed them, but taking advantage of takeout and delivery services just gave us more time to enjoy this wonderful place! This is a 5-star rental across the board. I can't wait to come back here!

This home is beautiful and has it all. Plenty of serving trays and utensils in the kitchen, extra blankets, and even beach toys for use by renters. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the boardwalk, lake, restaurants and shops. We had a great week and would definitely love to stay here again. The only issue we had was it wasn’t cleaned at 4:00 when we arrived.

We had a wonderful time! The only thing that gave us any trouble was the elevator.... it seems to have it work properly, you can't have the lights on in the elevator and then it seemed to work fine. Maybe they've fixed that by now. But other than that... it is a wonderful place and we had the best vacation ever. Plan on coming back next summer and staying there again!!!!

Upon arrival to our unit, we found the door of the refrigerator full of stuff which we had to empty before putting our stuff in. The dishwasher had been run but not emptied so we had to empty that. There were towels still in the washer. We chose this unit because it came with a BBQ. That was no where to be found and after contacting Bryant, them contacting the owner, it was determined that it was no longer an option. Bryant's suggestions to us was to rent one from them or buy one ourselves. Unacceptable! I contacted Bryant again when returning home, got an immediate response that my email would be forwarded to a property manager and now four days later have heard nothing. With that said, we loved the location and the unit.

Janet thank you for your feedback and review. The owner had requested that we leave these items in the refrigerator for guest to use, we apologize that was an issue for you. The dishwasher should have been emptied and there should not have been anything left in the washer. BBQ grills are difficult to keep up in this salt air, we typically don't advertise them due to the fact that they rust out or people leave food on them and it can turn out to be a diaster, that is why we offer the option of renting a grill. The Whitney property is a lovely home and I do hope you had a nice vacation. I would be glad to discuss these issues with you at anytime, and I do hope that you will come back and visit uext year. We had a fantastic time in the duplex. Last year we stayed on the other half and this side is much nicer. It is so nicely decorated! Great location and the elevator is so convenient when moving in and out. We'd stay here again anytime!

Our second year's week of vacation was even better than last year's. Love that we had plenty of room in the Whitney vacation home and loved the fact that we had our own access to the beach via the newly replaced boardwalk. The weather cooperated much better this year and our two sons, their wives and our 3 year old granddaughter loved every minute.

We had a great stay at The Whitney. The location on the beach was excellent. It was close walking distance to the boardwalk and other shops/restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here. Aside from a few minor fixes, the place is great. There were a few nails sticking out on the steps and walk down to the beach. Could use a couple more chairs on the decks too, but not a big deal.

I rented the house for my family and a few other relatives to have a mini-family reunion while we were all at a family wedding. The house is in great shape and has wonderful views of the ocean from all three levels. You can get to the beach directly from the house in less than a minute (a good deal when you have little kids). I also loved the fact that the house had an elevator. With a couple of seniors in our group that was a must. There are several good restaurants, Walgreens/CVS and grocery stories in the area. We were there in early May, so it was very quiet as it was off-peak season. As far as Bryant Real Estate goes, they were very helpful in helping me nail down a property that met all of our needs. I would certainly stay at the Whitney again as well as rent through Bryant Real Estate.

We had a great vacation at the Whitney. Chocked full of toys and kitchen gadgets. Clean and spacious. Elevator was tremendous! Nice beach and great location to walk to town and amusement park. Property management Company responded quickly to minor house repair issues. We need to have 5 adult bedrooms and an elevator so we need to start looking earlier for next year.

This property is the prefect size and location for our family. It accommodates all of us easily and with 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, everyone has their own space. The elevator is invaluable for moving in and out and groceries. On a negative note, it's very cluttered and disorganized; we had a battle with roaches; the fridge froze everything we put in it. We were there for 18 days with family and friends coming and going.

This is a nice duplex. There was plenty of space and great beach access. The beach was not crowded. There is construction next door which wasn't great. Sometimes the driveway was blocked and we had to ask someone to move. If you are a late sleeper the noise is an issue. I know this isn't something that the realtor has any control over. The carpeting and furniture could use a good cleaning but otherwise the rental was pretty clean. The kitchen was well stocked and all the little notes from the owner made us feel very welcome. We were there with our kids and grandkids and everyone had a great time.

Everything about this home encourages a second -- or third -- visit! The home was visually clean, except for the stair steps, which is understandable during the summer season. The owner provided everything vacationers could ask for, and then some! The only complaint we had here was that there were so many things provided, there wasn't room for the things we brought! The first floor air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed. We had some concerns when originally booking, since the Whitney is so close to hotels and the Boardwalk. These fears were unfounded! The beach at our site was always calm and open. The only complaint we had was that the people staying in the unit beside us made off with a pair of our Tevo sandals and an umbrella the owners left for renters' use, but that cannot be controlled. When time to depart arrived, we wanted to stay! We will certainly stay at this home in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Carolina Beach. Overall The duplex we rented was great. We loved the location and the direct access to the beach. The only negative was the furniture inside and on the balcony. All of it was bar height, which was inconvenient for children and mostly uncomfortable for adults. There was a large assortment of items just stacked in the corners which took up space and made it inconvenient for us to unpack our stuff. The property was in a perfect location, close to the lake and the boardwalk. Well within walking distance. Everyone was friendly and it was very enjoyable when we went out. I would stay here again.

The Whitney is a beachfront property with a private walkway to water. Beach area is quiet and very welcoming. The condo has very nice decor and a well-supplied kitchen for preparing meals. Property is a short walk away from a small boardwalk offering rides and games for children as well as some restaurants and bars for adults and families. A short drive to Wilmington offers additional shopping, restaurants, bars and attractions for family entertainment. When we arrived at the property, we noticed a few small repairs that needed to be done and some small cleaning issues. Management responded to our concerns and issues were addressed.

With six NC beach vacations in the past, this rental was by far the BEST! I have never seen one so well stocked - from beach supplies to kitchen necessities. The layout was perfect with two bedrooms down, the kitchen/family room in the middle, and two bedrooms up which buffered the sound for sleeping. Plenty of seats for meals, accessible bathrooms, an elevator for supplies (rather than carrying them up flights of stairs.) and CLEAN. The location is perfect with an easy walk to Britts Donuts (best in the world) and easy driving to aquarium,, Food Lion, and Ft. Fisher.

We rented this amazing oceanfront house to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. The duplex is spacious and quite comfortable, which easily accommodated our family ages 17-80 years old. The elevator was especially useful for Dad. The decor is bright and cheerful. The location is perfect--within walking distance of the lake (sunset walks!) and restaurants. You will LOVE your stay here!

Loved the location and layout of the house. When my daughters arrived to check in at 3 pm, they were told the house wasn't ready and had to wait 45 minutes. The living room rug had not been vaccumed and the toilet in the ocean front master upstairs was not clean. The walls and ceiling in the toilet room had mildew that needed to be cleaned. If these things were corrected, I would consider staying there again.
