Immaculate, charming 3 bedrooms, 3 bath townhouse in a quiet neighborhood with sound views and located on a dead end street. Just one lot from the sound and a few houses back from the beach access at the end of the street. An easy walk to the Oceanic Restaurant/Crystal Pier for oceanfront dining. An open living/dining/kitchen area and 1 bedroom and bath are on the main level with a covered porch off the living room and a balcony off the bedroom. Two bedrooms and 2 baths are on the upper level with private deck off master bedroom and balcony off the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bath and private porch with sound views. This rental provides Netflix and Hul-u Plus for your entertainment-guest to use own password/account information. Outside enclosed shower. Off street parking for 2-4 cars. No Pets! No Smoking! Friday to Friday

**Effective immediately all weekly vacation rentals of 5-21 nights will have linens included. On 4 nights or less you will still have the option to rent linens on your contract or bring your own.**

Sound side, great house, location, facilities.

Were no frills with regard to the kitchen set up (had to buy our own oil, salt, pepper, etc) but was a great house!

We enjoyed the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the living space well suited for our family's needs. We could not get the fireplace or the jacuzzi jets to work. Maybe they're turned off for the winter. The Wi-fi was also sporadic.
Overall, though, the location was good and our visit pleasant.

Denise- Thank you for your feedback. Please note we have Maintenance and Housekeeping staff available 7 days a week should anything arise during your stay. We will look into the jetted tub and internet to ensure all is operating properly. The gas fireplace is inoperable, we will make adjusts to make sure that is better noted. The unit is very nice and suited our needs for three couples. Very well located and would stay here again. The plumbing fixtures need updating and the heating system needs some work but otherwise a very nice unit.

The Property was in a great location, easy access to the beach, and quiet. The property was clean, everything worked as needed and very comfortable. I would go back there in the future if we come back to Wrightsville Beach.

What a lovely beach home. Perfect location for the beach. House clean and roomy for our family. Love the outdoor shower and covered parking garage on bottom level. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. Gorgeous house and look forward to next year!

This townhouse was in a great spot. Close to the channel and the open ocean beaches. Short walk to a few restaurants too. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, we were a party of 5 and had 3 friends sleep over one night before a local event. Unit was clean but could use some polishing and updating. Everything was in working order. We had a fantastic stay and would happily rent this same unit again if we return.

Very nice house. Master bathroom very dirty. Checked out early Wednesday. Representative called on Friday saying we needed to return keys. Keys were returned on the prior Wednesday.

Property location & description were accurate. Rental was clean & nicely decorated, just as presented in the listing. We were very pleased. The best part was the super easy check in/check out process with Bryant RE. The rental contract & rules were pretty intense tho! Much different from our VRBO experiences.

We stayed here for a few nights over the Thanksgiving break. Nice house and very easy to walk to the beach and a few good spots like Oceanic and Sundays (a great coffee shop/wine bar). The folks at Bryant were very nice and helpful as we checked in and checked out.

We had a fabulous weekend at the Sullivan rental. The townhouse is in a great location on the south end of WB. It was clean and meet our needs perfectly. We did have to contact the rental office for a few minor issues and they were very helpful and friendly. We even extended our stay an extra night.

We stayed in this condo for the wrightsville half marathon. It was the perfect location for our whole group as far as proximity to the race and the beach, for post race relaxation. Was also just a short uber to the bars for celebration drinks. Would definitely stay again!
