Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum 2-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin Bunk Bed Set.
Parking: Assigned parking for three vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the front door (doorbell camera). Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

The lower duplex is very well maintained and decorated. The rental is clean which is a big plus!

Shore to Relax was a great unit with amazing ocean views from large deck and from most parts of the house! It was spacious, comfortable and had a stocked kitchen. The location was a perfect…walking distance to everything! A few minor issues we reported were promptly addressed. Will definitely be back!

The rental was immaculate. It was clean and felt homey. There was enough room for 7 people very comfortably. The location a little ways from the boardwalk was excellent. I would give it five stars, but there was this really annoying pipe that would squeak. The front door lock also broke. However, I’d still stay again.
