Enjoy ocean side living in this beautifully renovated four-story duplex offers a unique floor plan! The bedrooms are located on the two lower levels of the home and an open concept top floor living room, kitchen and dining area with access to the top floor deck- perfect for sunning and relaxation! Vaulted ceilings give the living space an even more open feel and the fantastically appointed kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances including a microwave drawer and warming drawer- wonderful for Holidays or those large family dinners. The main living area has google home, so you request and play your favorite tunes at the drop of a hat!

The foyer has an elevator that services all floors of the home which is very convenient for delivering groceries and luggage to the upper levels of this home. Up one flight of stairs, the first floor of this home provides a bunk room with four twin beds that is perfect for kids. The bunk room also has an attached bathroom and walk in closet. This level also has a king bedroom with private bath as well as a queen bedroom with private bath and access to the exterior stairwell to the outdoor grilling area. The entire second floor of this home is the dreamy master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath which are sure to calm and sooth all your stress away- you will never want to leave! The master bedroom has an expansive walk in closet, sitting area, and deck access.

Outside there is an enclosed outdoor shower with rainfall shower head and handheld shower wand- just like the indoor showers! There is a picnic table in the back yard conveniently located near the exterior gas grill and cooler station, so all your beverages stay ice cold while you enjoy the beautiful weather in the back yard. Is there a better way to relax after a long day on the beach? In the outdoor utility room there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and other fun beach amenities for the family to enjoy!

The carport runs the length of the building and can easily accommodate 4 vehicles. While the elevator services all floors of the home it does not have enough clearance for most motorized chairs or wheelchairs- please contact our office directly before booking if you or your party have special requirements. There are two exterior surveillance cameras that monitor the exterior doors for added security. This property does not allow smoking, pets, or events.

The home is lovely, and spotlessly clean! The office staff has been wonderful about answering question for me before I arrived (like what type of coffee pot is in the house) so I could best prepare.

We had a wonderful time at Seaside Seagull! We celebrated my graduation from UNCW Nursing School. The house is beautiful from the kitchen to the master suite, to the decor! We spent the days at the beach, fishing, or walking the loop. Enjoyed the nightlife at the Palm Room and biked to the south end of the island. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The end of a wonderful week for our family members. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to accommodate all of us. 82 year old grandma in her go-chair absolutely loved the convenience of the elevator. What a God-send amenity! The 2 young couples had their own bedrooms and the single mom in the middle room. The kitchen having everything we could have needed. We mostly cooked in, but on our last night we enjoyed a take-out dinner from Shark's. Wonderful food. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay!

My sweet brother and his wife hosted 5 more family members in this beautiful home, for a long awaited family reunion. The close beach access was wonderful - BOY THAT SAND GETS HOT! Ample parking was a plus as additional family had rented close by & visited. In all we were 17 in & out, age range 3 yr to 77 yr. Kitchen was great. Made use of all the pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware. Only thing missing was a few bowls and covers to store items in the fridge. Elevator was a game changer as we moved in and out. Upstairs deck was a hotspot for sure. Found a yoga mat under our bed - not sure if it belongs to house or not - left it in the laundry room. Thanks for a great week!

We came to attend a family wedding. Our entire (almost) group was in the area for it. This has been a great place for all of us! A lot of room for all which made it easy to spend time together and have others visit for a while & go to the beach with us.. this home & location have been a perfect combo this week! I only wish circumstances allowed us to stay longer. Next year maybe?!? Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place to share our time on this much needed vacation for our family!!!

Wow! What an amazing home you have. We absolutely loved staying here this weekend. We have been coming to Wrightsville for the past 6 years, and always rent upscale homes... this is our favorite so far. The location is perfect and the layout works well for our family. Thank you for a lovely place to stay for our family reunion. We had a Casey's catered Thanksgiving in the Long Leaf Hugh McCrae Park, 45 adults 12 children. Would help if a card with shower unit instructions on it were around. Thought I'd never figure it out - but I did, sometimes it is tough. Enjoy your bird art in the master bedroom. Hope to be here next year!

A pretty house that needs some updates. We had several maintenance issues as soon as we arrived but management was very responsive and the repair gentleman was awesome. The master bed needs to be replaced as it is caving in the middle and the floors were very dirty although the rest of the house was clean. Great location, night time is noisy in the neighborhood but we did not have little ones so it was fine.

Two and a half days of the tail end of a hurricane then loud music from the Palm Room on the weekend till 1:30 at night. Glad it was the off season. During the 2 days of rain the water came in under the 3rd floor door. We used our beach towels to continually dry it up. Water in the master bath didn’t work. Also you get Threatened with additional cost if you pulled in the driveway a minute early and the same thing if not out by the 10:00 check out. And possible $100 charger if we didn’t put the garbage cans out on the right days. $3000 for 5 days and we had to strip the beds and clean the floors wash all the dishes and put them away. Or you guessed it more charges. Have been coming to Wrightsville for over 65 years but haven’t rented from Bryant for a while. Would not say I won’t rent from Bryant again but I’ll know what to expect next time.

Hi James. Thank you for your feedback on your vacation. That's great that you've been visiting Wrightsville Beach for so many years. After researching our service orders and your reservation details, I don't see where anything was reported about a master bathroom not having water, during your stay or any problems since, so it looks like that issue resolved itself. As far as early check in and check outs, we have this system to ensure that there's time for each unit to be cleaned and inspected prior to each guest's arrivals. We do offer guests to request in advance to have a late check out or early check in so we can adjust our schedules for cleaning and inspections. During the pandemic we had an overwhelming amount of requests from our guests to not make up their beds for sanitary reasons. So therefore, all clean linens were and are wrapped in saran wrap so there is less handling involved. This is stated in everyone's contract, along with check in and out times. There are talks from the property managers that this procedure may change by next season.
We do hope you will continue visiting Wrightsville Beach for many years to come and stay with Bryant Real Estate again!

If you are looking for location and luxury, this is your house!!! We have rented higher end homes in Wrightsville for the past 5 years and this one is probably my favorite so far. The location is perfect, close to everything, easy walk to the beach and ample parking. Inside this home is well laid out with the master bedroom having the privacy of an entire floor. The decor is all top of the line quality, with special touches like porch swings on the multiple deck areas. The kitchen is amazing and very well stocked. Check in and checkout was super easy and communication was wonderful. We will definitely be back next year and I have highly recommended this house to friends!

We stayed here so we could attend a family wedding in Wilmington. It was the perfect location for us! Steps from the beach, close to town, and close to airport! We had lots of people to stay with us and we had plenty of room which was great. We loved the decor and the kitchen is fabulous! Loved sitting on the porches too!

This home was well suited for our family of 9 people; 6 adults and 3 children. The elevator was ideal for my husband who is on a walker and each of the 4 bedrooms had it’s own bath. The home is minutes walking distance from the beach and is easily accessible to coffee shops, restaurants etc.

The only issue we experienced was the shower pressure in the master bath was weak and as a result, was not able to wash my hair. Also, the noise at night from the nearby bar posed a disruption to the children’s bedtime.

The beach access is just a few strides down from the driveway making beach trips a breeze. Sorry to hear about that water pressure issue - it doesnt look like you ever called in a service request but our maintenance team would have been able to address that right away. Our maintenance team is on call 24/7 to address any issues that may arise on your stay. Good thing there are three other showers that could have been used so you could wash your hair! Two families with 5 kids stayed here and had plenty of space and really enjoyed it! It was clean, well equipped in the kitchen and with beach gear. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and nicely decorated as well as well stocked . We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The only negative is that there is a bar behind the house which can be noisy on certain nights .

The home was impeccable!! The elevator was so wonderful with luggage and groceries. My mom was recovering from a stroke and the elevator was one of the reasons we rented the house. It is beautifully decorated and the beach is right there. We loved all the balconies with the swings and couches! The weather wasn’t good but we loved every minute. Extremely clean and had everything we needed thank you for a beautiful stay!!

Our family of five had a delightful stay at Seaside Seagull over the long President's Day weekend. The home is wonderfully decorated, light and airy, and provided plenty of space for our teenagers to spread out (and sleep very late!). Due to the pandemic, we cooked most of our meals and we found the kitchen to be nicely appointed. We loved the big kitchen island and we played some family board games around the ample dining table. It was a fantastic experience and we're definitely considering returning! I should also add that this was our first experience with Bryant Real Estate and they were SUPERB! Love the quick answers, love the phone app! Very much appreciated being able to check in and out contact-free.

Seaside Seagull is a vacation dream come true! The home is more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. The homeowners have stocked the home with everything needed for a great time-all kitchen dishes & utensils, puzzles, games, beach chairs. The elevator was great for bringing up luggage and groceries. And it’s a short trip on a sandy path to the beach-it’s easy to go back and forth from the beach to the home if you forget something. The rental process was simple and rental staff responsive. I could go on-just rent this place! I certainly will be doing so again!

Well appointed house. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals. Elevator very convenient. Enjoyed the porch swings. Each bedroom with their own bathroom is a plus. Beach closet with chairs and umbrellas useful. The washing machine was broken upon arrival and repair man came in timely manner and resolved the issue.
