Overall satisfaction
We stayed at this property for three months between selling our house and moving out of the area. Bryant was very profession and responsive and a great company to work with. The property is located in a busy area of town, but even with different groups coming and going from the upper unit we did not have issues with noise. We loved being able to open the garage and walk the short distance to the beach, and to sit on the deck and look out at the ocean. Our only complaint is that the house is filled with clutter. For instance, there are over 100 coffee mugs, and there is much kitsch on the walls and shelves. That being said, we were able to find a place for everything and loved our time at this property.

We stayed in the downstairs condo for 7 weeks. The view is to die for. The floor plan is perfect. The decor is " advised if you have young children.Overall, a lovely place to vacation.

This is a beautiful house at a great location. I selected it based on all the options it had to keep the kids entertained once we returned from the beach. I was disappointed that the game room TV did not have a remote so they could not use the Wii, Xbox, nor the PS3. The twin bedroom TV did not work and there were maintenance issues where two of the toilets leaked and refilled every few seconds. While the house appeared clean, once we started digging for the missing remote it was clear that no cleaning was occurring behind or under couches, TV stands or on top of appliances. I reported these issues when we checked out and the management company seemed offended.
