“Sandcastle Lower” is an attractively decorated 3-bedroom 2-and-a-half-bathroom lower unit duplex that is only one house from the beach. You and your family will enjoy wonderful views of the ocean from the covered porch and the convenient location of this updated home.

Guests of this lovely home will enjoy free access to the communal gym located in the foyer. The garage for this unit has been transformed into an indoor game room and features a foosball table, chess/checkers table, and pool table. With all this to do, you may not want to leave the home! If you do, the beach access and Johnnie Mercer’s Pier are just steps away.

Just up the stairs you will find the entry door which leads to a bright and fresh living space. The single level floor plan of this property features an open living-dining and kitchen area that leads to the covered porch. Enjoy meals at the dining room table, at the bar seating that overlooks the kitchen, or on the deck soaking in the gentle evening sea breezes. A spacious living room gives a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day and provides cozy seating for the whole family. There is a smart TV so you can log in and continue watching your favorite shows or movies.

There is a powder room off the living room that is convenient for guests. Down the hall there are three nicely furnished bedrooms. The first bedroom is outfitted with two twin sized beds, a smart TV, and has access to a jack and jill bedroom that is shared with the neighboring queen bedroom. The bathroom is nicely updated and features a dual vanity, stylish fixtures, and a walk-in shower. A queen guest room makes a fantastic accommodation for guests! A comfortable bed overlooks a generously sized smart TV and there is exterior egress with a spiral stair case that leads down to the grilling area. The spacious primary bedroom provides a king-sized bed, dedicated workspace, smart TV, and a large ensuite bathroom.

Sandcastle is perfect for entertaining and is sure to become a family favorite! With fashionable updates throughout, a game area, wet bar, exercise room, extra refrigerator for storage, multiple TV’s and convenient beach access – what is not to love?

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Smoking, No Pets, Mail, Charging Golf Carts, and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Enclosed outdoor shower, Game room, Exercise room, Gas grill.
