Description

Unit A-13 is a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo on the second floor at Sand Pebbles with ocean views and free Wi-Fi.

This condo boasts comfortable coastal furnishings and a family friendly layout. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, there are two Twin beds in second bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig for your morning brew. Enjoy it at the dining table on the balcony! Flat-screen TV's are placed in living room and main bedroom.

The Sand Pebbles oceanfront condominium complex is located within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake and Tiki Bar on the pier. The complex boasts two in-ground pools and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers.

Pleasure Island offers many attractions both natural and commercial. A variety of restaurants (a few within just a couple blocks from Sand Pebbles) have casual to more upscale menus with daily fresh seafood specials. At Carolina Beach Marina, there are charter boats which offer charter fishing (both in-shore and deep-sea). The North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher History Museum are just down the road at the south end of the island. From the aquarium, you can access tidal marsh trails and enjoy the native wildlife and flora. In the same area, you will find the Fort Fisher to Southport ferry. Take a day trip to historic Southport for antiquing and lunch on the river. If you enjoy surf fishing, you can access the south end of Fort Fisher from the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area by four-wheel drive or on foot. There are also four-wheel drive accesses on the north end of Carolina Beach at Freeman Park. Carolina Beach State Park, located on the west side of the island, offers miles of beautiful natural hiking trails, kayaking and fishing. You can rent a pontoon boat and spend a day on the water visiting islands and marshes. During the summer season, there are rides at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk for the kids as well as fireworks and live entertainment on Thursday nights. Family Night is Tuesday with special entertainment for the kids. At Carolina Beach Lake (which is the closest fresh water lake to the ocean on the eastern seaboard), there is a free outdoor family movie on Sunday evenings and an awesome Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

We have stayed at Sand Pebbles twice before this time and this condo by far was the best. Great views of the ocean, beautiful inside (just like the pictures online) and parking spaces that you can get in and out of (you don't have to call the guest behind you to move their car!). It's close enough to the boardwalk but you don't have all the congestion of being right beside it. Loved everything about this place.

The condo was very nice and fully equipped. The unit was basically clean but at this point in season needs a little deeper cleaning. We also had an issue with some palmetto (3) bugs over the time of our stay. Otherwise, a great stay.

Rosalie, We are happy to hear you enjoyed the condo. We suggest that our owners have a deep clean completed in the spring before summer rentals and in the fall after the summer rentals. Palmetto bugs are native to the area and tend to pop up every now and again. We hope you will visit again soon!

Well Maintained property and very clean! Beach access easy and a short walk. The only thing I would recommend is changing the shower head (pretty weak) and adding a l big pot for a seafood boil :)

We enjoyed our stay at sand pebbles! The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed during our stay! The first night we noticed the keurig wasn’t in the unit. I messaged Bryant Real Estate and the next day they brought us a brand new one right to our door! Service just doesn’t get any better than that! The condo was walking distance to a few restaurants and ice cream. We will definitely be back!

I was here to reunite with my daughter and son-in-law, who I hadn’t seen in 2 1/2 years because of living overseas in the military and Covid restrictions. We found the condo to be very comfortable and loved the easy access to the beach and area restaurants. The kitchen table was enjoyed one rainy night as we played board games I brought. We only cooked one breakfast and one dinner in, but the kitchen had all the dishes we needed (we did need to buy salt and pepper, but left them behind for the next people). My two boys joined us on separate nights, so luckily both had friends in Wilmington where we could leave their cars because of limited parking. That was a bit of a time waster, but not a deal breaker. They also said the pullout sofa could use a new mattress because the springs were digging in their backs. We also had a few Palmetto bugs, but it’s NC at the beach life! Bryant Realty was great to work with and everyone was super pleasant. I’d use them again!!

Great location as you're on the beach, but close to Wilmington, the Aquarium, etc.
Clean and in good condition. It is on the second floor, with no elevator. Only concern is the parking. You park under the building and they are tight spaces and not a lot of spaces.

Our shower door busted while we were there. The maintenance guy was pretty quick to get there. He cleaned everything up & put up a shower rod & curtain. I felt we should have been reimbursed for expenses endured for medical supplies. My husband had several cuts & a couple of pretty bad gashes on his finger. No one offered to do that which I was disappointed in. They were apologetic & asked if my husband was ok.
