Description

“Paradise” is located on the 4th floor of the highly sought after Station One complex that offers spectacular ocean views from your private balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants. Station One has it all and is a family friendly complex that will have you coming back year after year!

When you walk into the condo you are immediately greeted by an amazing ocean view. The nicely appointed kitchen is positioned on the left side of the condo. Unlike many condos in this complex, the kitchen has been remodeled to maximize the function and floor space in the property and features a keurig. There is a sizable kitchen table that is perfect for family dinners or evening card games. Cozy up on the couch and watch the dolphins or catch up on your favorite show. A private balcony overlooks the pool and gives endless views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This is the perfect place to watch the sun rise or relax in the evening with a cool beverage!

The master bedroom is located just off the living room. Furnished with a comfortable king bed and jaw dropping views, you will absolutely love waking up here! There is a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and access to the patio from the master suite. A hall bathroom with walk-in shower services the nearby guest room but is also convenient for guests. The guest room faces the intracoastal waterway and is outfitted with two full sized beds and TV.

Occupancy: 6
Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Full.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W326 - Paradise” as a vacation rental.

This was our first time with a rental property in Wrightsville Beach. While some of the features in the rental unit needed some upgrade or routine maintenance, overall, the unit was clean and comfortable. The view was exquisite and access to beach was very convenient. To help Bryant with repairs the issues are noted below...but none would prevent me from a return visit or longer stay next year. Parking was a bit inconvenient, as we had some friends come by to visit, but we worked around that with a little planning. Perhaps Bryant could consider a few 'day' passes for company while there.

1. Door Lock was a little tricky in getting it open and shut. When unlocked the door stuck and needed a little extra push to open.

2. Toilets were sluggish when flushed.

3. Balcony runner for the shudder was loose and shudder rattled a bit in the wind.

4. Utility closets needed cleaning and organizing.

It's a nice condo with a beautiful view. The location is ideal to walk to several nice restaurants or get ice cream. We appreciated that all the tvs had streaming devices so we could watch our favorite netflix/hulu shows.

We enjoyed our stay at paradise immensely! It was very clean inside. The view was amazing. If you are looking for a less busy area this may not be the place for you! The beach was pretty full. It was great to be able to use the beach accessories that were unlabeled from in the storage area. The condo was a little dated but it was very well kept up and we had no problems. An alarm clock in the bedrooms would be a nice addition. Also a keurig style coffee pot would be more practical for guests that are bringing ALL their food, coffee condiments, spices, paper towels, and the like.:) just a suggestion, it in no way would keep me from renting again! Thank you so much!
