Upstairs, the second living level of “Ocean Peek” has three additional bedrooms. The primary suite offers a cozy queen-sized bed, sizable closet, on suite bathroom, and access to a private covered deck. I rented a cottage based on the location. It was across the street and three houses down from the very large main house we rented for a family gathering. The cottage ended up having some issues that made it uninhabitable until the issue was corrected. I explained the situation and the staff at the Carolina Beach office could not have been more helpful! They all jumped in to find a place that was as close as possible to the location we had. I could not have been happier with their concern and speed to rectify the situation. They were great. I would recommend them to everyone. The scores below are related to the house they found to move us to, not the one we were moved from.

Close enough to walk to the beach, and a ice cream shop with hamburgers, and hot dog's l, and the best funnel cakes. Loved the house! Beautiful beach decor. We also had a great time kayaking at the state park off of Dow road only about 2 miles away. And fishing at the Kure pier was great too. Walk Fredrick rd to ice cream, and beach too if you want, I don’t drink but there is a nice outside bar on the beach there too.

Although the hurricane took out power we spent our time enjoying the beach and exploring. The house was beyond what we expected and the staff were so helpful. We had a great time.

Great beach home with easy walk to the beach. We had 3 generations and had plenty of room to sleep, eat all our meals there, play games while the little ones slept, work remotely and still like each other at the end of the week. Loved the walking the little neighborhood with all the colorful, adorable homes.

Great property and close to the beach! One comforter on the bed was dirty and had to immediately wash when we arrived. Our only complaint was very poor customer service on the property management's part. The woman we dealt was rude and condescending which was not appreciated! Had that not occurred, I would rate it higher. With the amount of money we spent on this property, one would expect better customer service.

This house has everything you need for an easy, laid back vacation: plenty of space to gather on the main floor. It’s and open floor plan with room to move around and space for coolers, beach bags, shoes, keys etc. The kitchen is reasonably equipped, the dining table and island barstools provide lots of hang out/ eating space. The family room has 2 sofas and a couple of chairs and has a smart tv. The main floor deck has decent seating.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is spacious and has a surprisingly awesome mattress. A friend and I chaperoned 6 teens and they had no complaints about the other bedroom and bathrooms. (If I had to be picky, I’d say the interior walls paint is tired and scuffed up). On the ground level, there’s parking for 2 cars and space for toys, chairs beach stuff. Wish they had an outdoor shower:(
Overall, the house was clean and comfortable, amply equipped and less than five minute walk to the beach.

We were conveniently close to the beach, the stay was great. There was enough beds to accommodate are large group, 5 beds and a pull out, and 3 full baths. The place provided everything from cookingware to utensils, newly cleaned bed linens and towels which were individually wrapped straight from the cleaners. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

While the location was awesome, the place needs some up keep. Rails on balcony were loose (fine for us but wouldn't want to stay there with little ones), air ducts rusted, and the fans were coated in dust.
