Description

“Namastay at Terrace” is a five bedroom, three and a half bathroom duplex that will have you wishing you could just stay forever. This beautifully designed and decorated property offers a deck on each level and a massive rooftop terrace with impressive views of the ocean and the canal. You don't have to choose sunrise or sunset, as you'll be enjoying both! Upgraded amenities such as a private elevator and Tesla/ EV (universal charger) are available for your comfort!

There is one king bedroom with en suite bath, two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with full size bunk beds and one bedroom with two twin sized bunk beds. There ample space for dining with seating for eight at the table and eight more at the bar counter. The living area is perfect for gathering and watching a movie or catching the big game.

As much as you will enjoy the inside, this home really beckons you to be outside. With furnished decks on every level, and a spectacular rooftop terrace, you'll be spending almost all of your time soaking in the beautiful scenery. Imagine gorgeous sunrises over the Atlantic, where you might get lucky enough to catch a pod of dolphins playing in the early morning. Then, after a fantastic day at the beach you'll come home in time to catch the sun slipping away over the harbor basin filled with sailboats and fishing vessels.

The storage room below includes a few fun amenities to utilize during your stay. The fenced in yard makes a nice play area for the little ones, or a central grilling station for the flame inspired chef of the family.

Centrally located between the Boardwalk and the Fishing Pier, you may never need to drive once you arrive. You'll enjoy the Thursday Night fireworks, Movies at the Lake on Sundays, and our famous Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. For the adventurous, you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park, if you bring your 4x4 vehicle. No trip to Carolina Beach would be complete without sampling at least one of the world famous Britt's Donuts.

We stayed at this beach house for labor day and it was just AMAZING! The views from this property are just mind blowing, specially the full size terrace with full furniture like dining table for 8, lounge chairs and sofas. The string lights made a perfect ambiance to hangout on the terrace for long late night. Weather was perfect to enjoy our stay here. We were also able to see fireworks from the terrace and sunrise sunset views were picture perfect, wish I could post those here. We will definitely come back just for these views of ocean and intercoastal rivers from roof top.

Booked this after a friend recommended this home as they rented it last year. We were so thrilled with the view and all the amenities it had to offer. It was perfect fit for our extended family and loved how all bedding setup worked out for all of us. The best part is THE VIEWS!! OMG, still can't stop thinking about the roof top and Ocean view and River view it offered. We were under the full sky with no obstructions at all. I highly recommend this place for its perfect location and perfect design. Go for the best views of waters (Ocean and River)! We will be back for sure!!

We had so much fun at this property. Location is excellent and only few steps away from the beach. CB beaches are very nice and very quiet specially around this home. Home was filled with lots of amenities including private elevator and grill on the kitchen floor. The best part was the full roof top with sofas, loung chairs and dining table for 8 people! I would come again just to enjoy the roof deck :) The only part we did not like is the going up and down on the stairs, but thats the design of the home; elevator did help on most situations.

Excellent rental with fabulous Roof top deck! Great decor and lots of room. Furniture was so comfortable and laid back. Love the vibe of this home. Highly recommend! Complete with everything you’ll want and need for a beach vacation - including a 2 minute walk to the sand. The house is overloaded with beach items and rainy day items and it is fully upgraded and in amazing condition. Honestly, it felt more like an upscale home than a rental and the hosts could not have been more wonderful. Stop looking - this is your place!

We stayed at Namastay at Terrance place with my parents and their friends and had the best experience imaginable. The apartment is located just a minute from the beach, and we walked there every single day because it was so close. There is a private rooftop terrace that isn’t highlighted in the listing, so you get to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset.The place also comes with beach boards, chairs, mats etc, so you’ll have everything you need during your stay. We loved the small details like sleeping arrangements, balcony furnitures, rooftop amenities, private elevator and EV charger.The WiFi is strong (we measured 100mbps), so my husband could do his Zoom calls without any issues. We especially loved the top-floor room, which has a huge balcony facing ocean with dining table for 6 people.The apartment is located on a quiet side street, but it’s possible to quickly get to the center of town with shops and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is providing a map of the surrounding areas and maybe some recommendations on things to do. Highly recommed this space to everyone!

I recently stayed at this beachfront Airbnb property and it was an amazing experience. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean on one side and river on other side. It was so relaxing to wake up in the morning and be able to walk right out onto the sand.The property itself was very clean and well-maintained. The decor was charming and beachy, which added to the overall experience. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, which was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean.One thing I really appreciated about this property was the attention to detail. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs available for our use, as well as a small collection of books and board games. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while watching the sunset.The host was also very friendly and responsive to our needs. They provided us with clear instructions for check-in and were available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this beachfront Airbnb property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. It was the perfect vacation spot!
