There are also two guest bedrooms on this level that are serviced by the nearby hall bathroom and washer/dryer units. The hall bathroom has a light airy feel with tons of natural light and a combination tub shower. A guest room with two twin beds and 43” smart TV is a fantastic spot for young family members. The third bedroom on this floor is equipped with a private balcony, queen bed and 43” smart TV.

Upstairs the spacious and attractively decorated open concept living area has vaulted ceilings, deck with ocean views, and great family room. Enjoy your morning coffee or escape the afternoon sun on the covered porch off the living area. The living room features a 70” Saumsung smart TV and is a great place for gathering the family or to relax after a fun filled day on the beach. The kitchen was recently renovated and leaves nothing to be desired! Complete with all new granite counter tops, custom tile back splash, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for 4 people - this kitchen truly is the heart of the home! A rustic kitchen table with bench seats 8, and flows into the living room and kitchen. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed, 43” smart TV, and a balcony that overlooks the water. A full bathroom off the main living area services this bedroom as well as guests and visitors.

This is our 2nd time renting with Bryant Real Estate and Moore Shore Time was a perfect rental for us. We had 2 families for a total of 7 in the house and we were very comfortable. Everything was thought of in this house. The decor is lovely and the house is very clean and comfortable. Location is perfection. Easy & Quick walk to the beach..just steps away. House is well stocked with everything you need for the beach. Also easy to walk to local shopping and restaurants. The drive to Wilmington is easy as well and should not be missed. The house is on a quiet street and we were very happy with this sure we will return. I would not change a thing.

The house is newer which great and very well equipped. A clean house with everything you need. I would suggest some notes about the door locks and the elevator. A property book giving the renter all the details would be very helpful. The supply closet in the garage should be labeled so renters know that is where all the beach equipment is located. Also, a note when you check in to check the closets for extra towels so the renter is aware they have plenty of towels.

This was a beautiful home with all of the amenities you would hope for on vacation. The owners thought of everything - from extra toys and games for the kids, beach gear, bikes and all the kitchen utensils and appliances you need to make meals. It was plenty of space for our family of four. The decor was adorable and the location was perfect - just a couple houses back from the beach and beautiful views of the ocean. The hardest part was leaving!

Great location near beach and Mercer pier. 2 bikes included which was great to ride to shops and ice cream. Beach chairs, boards also in gararge. Outdoor shower a plus! Unit was clean and had everything we needed.
