Located on the secluded northern end of Wrightsville Beach this property has access to all the wonderful amenities that Duneridge Resort offers - experience expansive ocean views from the unique horseshoe balcony, swim in the refreshing community pool, play a few tennis matches, or stroll down the white sandy beach. Guests will also enjoy the private secure lobby, covered parking area, and the convenience of the elevator.

The main living area offers a comfortable living space and a beautifully renovated kitchen that opens to a spacious horseshoe balcony to maximize the ocean views. The deck is the perfect place to catch a spectacular sunrise or relax at the end of a long day. The spacious primary suite is complete with a king-sized bed, television, and updated bathroom that features a walk-in shower and large closet. There are two additional guest bedrooms at the front of the condo that overlook the marsh. A king guest room makes a wonderful accommodation for guests of any age and a nearby hall bathroom services this guest room. Across the hall is a twin bedroom that has two twin-sized beds and a full private bathroom.

Grab a poolside lounge chair and enjoy an afternoon in the sun or play a few friendly tennis matches on the community court. A private walkway from the Duneridge Resort leads you to the white sandy beach - arguably one of the most beautiful access points on the island! The secure lobby and community elevator are an added convenience for families.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 2 Twin.
Parking: Assigned covered parking (tandem) for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass under the building.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Mail or Packages being sent to the rental.

The Duneridge complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations that take place between May to September will require parking passes and which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

My wife and I stayed at Duneridge for a mixture of business and vacation. The view was amazing. The interior furnishings were dated and dirty.
