This ocean front condo offers the best view on the beach, beautiful furnishings, and a comfortable space to soak in the salt air. Each Station One condo features a private balcony, has access to the communal grilling area with picnic tables, crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a memorable family vacation!

This newly renovated 8th two-bedroom two-bathroom condo has all the comforts of home. A large sectional sofa provides a wonderful place to kick back and unwind. Watch TV or the dolphins swimming down the coastline from the comfort of your vacation rental! The well-equipped kitchen gives the option of cooking home cooked meals but there are many local restaurants within walking distance of this lovely home. The primary bedroom with queen bed has a private bathroom and access to the oceanfront balcony and a private bathroom for added convenience. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and 2 twin-sized rollaway beds located in the closet. No matter the configuration of your family or group, “High Seas” is versatile and able to cater to your needs.

Occupancy: 6
Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 2Twin Rollaway.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W223 – High Seas” as a vacation rental.

Overall an OK stay. The condo is old and the cleaning crew did not do a good job. One of the toilets did not flush, btw.

The rental agency on the other hand lacks empathy for their customers and they're rude. They have a 4PM check-in and a 10AM check-out policy, which seem very unusual (6 hour gap.) They make you go to their office first to grab keys (and you can't get them before 4pm) and they demand you to return keys before check out time. Incredible! Had a lady from the office call me 'threatening' to charge my card for not returning the keys on time, when it was only 15 min past check out time, and I was already out of the apartment going through traffic. I wonder how she wanted me to get there so quickly; probably fly.

My wife and I like the area and were thinking of renting a whole month during summer time, but not with these guys.

Loved Bryant Real Estate. Everything was so easy and professional. Even let us go into the unit almost 3 hours early. The unit itself was very nicely decorated and furnished. Lots of seating and great cable tv connection. Wonderful balcony rockers. Was happy with the extra paper products provided in the unit. Loved the clean, plastic wrapped sheets and towels. Extra of both. I didn't mind making up my bed. I wish the blankets and bedspreads were also cleaned between patrons. Most disappointing was I found that the dirty sheets were still on the twin beds, with the bedspread covering them. One set had black dog hairs on them, even though the unit was suppose to be pet free. Also had the same black hairs on the pillows on the couch. Unit a/c was very cold, except for the master bedroom. Even keeping the curtains drawn, the room, was barely cool. Hallway bathroom shower needs some no-slip adhesive pads on the floor, as it was too slippery to even use. Great water pressure in the master bathroom shower. I still enjoyed my stay, as the unit/building was very quiet. I never heard my neighbors. And the beach in front of the building was not the least bit crowded. I would stay at Station One again.

I like this condo - have stayed there before. My only negative experience was the master bedroom television did not work and was not repaired during my stay. Other than that, the place was clean, the view sensational and the amenities were decent.

Hey Jodi, thank you for your review and we're happy to hear you came back to High Seas for the second time! Maintenance tends to prioritize maintenance requests by emergency matters first and then pick off the smaller issues later when possible. There is a large flatscreen in the living room and another TV in the twin bedroom if needed. When you checked out, maintenance found the master TV was simply on the wrong input and it is working as normal now. Glad the unit was nice and clean for your stay and you were able to enjoy those stunning 8th floor views! Come on back anytime.

Great location. Property and unit were in need of some care. Unit was dated but relatively clean. Property had a roach issue. Nice new parking lot.

The apartment was impeccably clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and well-lit. The views were priceless. The only concerns were a dishwasher that would not activate and a vanity overhead light that only went on every five or so attempts. Neither were insurmountable, and we did inform the agents but received no acknowledgement; everything was automated through the rental App as far as we could tell.

Wonderful view, great location and nice rental. Maintenance was working on the roof when we arrived. They did not thoroughly clean up the balcony so we had to sweep it otherwise we would not have been able to use it. Also the floors got very dirty, we had to clean off our feet before getting into bed. I would recommend to the owners they get an area rug for the living room and put smaller rugs by the sides of the bed to help. For the price they need to finish their renovation. It’s half complete and disappoints being a high rise in Wrightsville.

Really liked the place itself - view & location were great. While we couldn't see it initially, walking around on the floors barefoot made our feet brown/black, that is before we hit the beach or anything as we were unpacking our luggage...

This property was in a great location and the apartment was well maintained and spacious. The new process of shrink wrapping the towels and sheets helped with any concerns about Covid 19. The only negative was the lack of basic consumables such as toilet paper, dish soap and extra trash bags. This is the first property we have stayed in at this price range that didn't supply the these types of things. Even with these short comings we would gladly stay here again. The view and beach is gorgeous .

So glad you enjoyed your stay. All of our homes come with "starter" toilet paper (one for each bathroom), soap, dish soap and all cans have liners. However, as you know, on stays that vary from a few nights to a few weeks, it can be difficult to supply all the needs. Thats why we share information prior to your arrival on what we provide. Now, some homes have more "in stock", so its quite common you find yourself in that position, but its not guaranteed. Regardless, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and the wonderful area and we can't wait to host you again soon!

Beautiful location bare bones rental

This is a beautiful location right in the ditch on the eighth floor. It was clean we arrived but you added luxuries. Tiny dishwasher soap, two rolls of toilet paper so I will pepper and that’s about it. Make sure to bring everything Do you need. It would’ve been nice to have a couple of rugs, some garlic powder and I spice, so in the bathtub. I did appreciate the cotton blankets and quilts sheets seemed semi-cotton better than the hundred percent polyester ones in some hotels but not particularly nice Cotton sheets. I leave any decoration. Bryant has 129 properties in Wrightsville beach along, this is a very corporate group. At least this property, was not personalized. There are a couple of beach chairs but then we asked customer service if their work they said no so we didn’t have the use of them till we discovered them on the last day in a closet. The building is rather dated but adequate. The security desk were very nice and helpful.

We had a really nice time at Wrightsville Beach. The views were amazing! Toilet paper was very cheap quality and so were the sheets. Disappointing about the sheets since we had to rent them. It would have been nice if a little dish soap would have been provided along with the one dishwasher tab.

quiet, peaceful - pool was lovely. The condo itself was very nice, one of the bathrooms could be upgraded - but it was more than workable. View was perfect - larger bedroom could use an extra vent for the A/C - but otherwise would definitely stay here again. No complaints/

Location was perfect. Unit was nice. Complex was dated. There were no rugs on the floor which were needed. Lighting was dim. Unit could have used a ceiling fan. View was wonderful. We rented linens and were only given one set for each person for 4 days that was not enough.

Hey Mark - we are glad you enjoyed the stay for the most part. We are sorry you felt the station one complex was dated for your liking and that you could use more lighting. We will see if the owner is willing to add some more lamps as adding ceiling fans/lights is a bit more restrictive with the HOA. We offer the basic linen package for rental, but you can always add extras if you would rather not launder them during your stay with the facilities on site - perhaps that will be a better option next time.
