***As of March 9, 2024, the HOA informed us that they will be shutting down the indoor pool/hot tub area as of April 8th.
The work involves draining the pool (3 days); erecting scaffolding (1 full day) and then having the contractor come in and do the removal of the existing baffles and installation of the new baffles. The contractor estimates this could take 4-5 weeks to complete the phase of the work. Once the work is complete, the scaffolding will be removed; the pool will be filled back up, chemicals balanced and water re-heated. This takes a minimum of 3 days. They estimate the pool and hot tub will not be accessible until at least the second week of May if not later. All involved will do their best to ensure the work is done in as timely a fashion as possible, but there are factors that may be out of our control that could change the timeline. ***

You'll never forget the absolutely stunning, panoramic ocean views that await you at "Gone Coastal" in the very popular Ocean Dunes community of Kure Beach.

"Gone Coastal" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condominium located in the quiet southern end of Kure Beach. The oceanfront primary bedroom has a King bed, private full bath and access to the large oceanfront deck. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed. Plan your meals in the fully furnished kitchen and enjoy them on the deck or at the dining table inside. There is also seating for three at the kitchen pass through bar.

Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a shuffleboard court. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King and 1 Queen
Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

The condo was exactly as described. Extremely clean, very comfortable furniture and beds. We were so happy to see a very well appointed kitchen with nice pots and pans, most of the rentals we have stayed at have horrible pots and pans. Perfect vacation spot with our daughter in law and granddaughter. Bryant real estate was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed before we could ask.

Gone Coastal is a beautiful top level condo. It is roomy and very well stocked with anything you need. It is also close to the pool and an entrance to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to spend the week

We had an amazing girls weekend at Gone Coastal. The porch is a comfortable place for breath taking views for your morning coffee and sunrise, all the way through peaceful star gazing at night. The accommodations were very clean and updated. This section of the beach is not crowded, allowing for a relaxing beach day. This is by far the nicest vacation spot I have been to in a long time. I will definitely go back!

As soon as you walk through the door, you see the incredible ocean views! Truly breathtaking! I had coffee on the porch for the sunrise and sipped on wine watching the stars! The beach access was very close and convenient. It was not crowded at all. There were plenty of restaurants and entertainment a few miles away, including a small amusement park, so if you crave entertainment, there is plenty to do! The house was clean and had everything we needed for a peaceful vacation. Seriously, we have NEVER had a beach rental like this before!

Had a wonderful stay at Gone Coastal. Beautifully decorated and the views from the deck are breathtaking!! Quiet area of the beach which was nice. We would definitely stay here again! Note that there are 4 flights of stairs to the condo
