Located at the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach on a quiet cul-de-sac, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, single family cottage is the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. “Fritz” is just a short walk to the nearest beach access and is practically next door to the Crystal Pier and famous Oceanic Restaurant. Enjoy a sunset dinner on the pier or drop by SunDays Coffee Shop for an early morning cup of joe before combing the beach for amazing shells.

As you arrive at the house you will immediately notice the spacious front deck that is perfect for sunning, entertaining or just relaxing in the soft ocean breeze! The open floor plan warmly welcomes you into this charming home. Two large sliding glass doors open to the front deck and fill the space with natural light. Cuddle up with your loved ones on the sofa for a movie night or unwind in a cozy armchair with your favorite book. The house has Roku TV’s so that you can stream all your favorite shows conveniently, just like you do at home! The dining table overlooks the living room and offers seating for six people. A pass-through window on the bar provides additional seating and keeps the chef in the family visible as they craft their favorite meals. The galley style kitchen has everything you need to cook for any occasion or crowd.

Down the hall you will find the spacious primary bedroom. Furnished with a king size bed this suite offers a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and Roku TV. Across the hall from the primary bedroom is a guest bedroom with a king bed that will make comfortable accommodation for your family members. There is also a third guest bedroom on this level that offers a double bed. A hall bathroom serves the two guest rooms and visitors. There is also a washer and dryer in the hall for added convenience.

The downstairs level of the home has a spacious sitting area and bedroom with a queen size bed. The sitting area offers a twin-size day bed that can also double as a sofa. There is a twin trundle under the day bed making this room exceptionally versatile– perfect for teenagers or it can double as a secondary primary suite for travelers that prefer a little bit of space at the end of the day! A sliding glass door leads to a small private patio in the fenced back yard. There is also a full bathroom on this level which truly makes it a private oasis. “Fritz” is the perfect option for families and offers plenty of space for the whole family to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. A perfect mixture of sunshine and privacy – this is the relaxing beach vacation that you have been dreaming of!

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 3 nights in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twins.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

We rented Fritz to have a family vacation at Wrightsville Beach, NC. The location was very convenient as it was just one block from the beach and close to pier. The bedroom set up was ideal with a lower level for the kids with their own bathroom. The upper level for the adults. The house was well maintained and very accommodating. If we have the opportunity we would rent the cottage again.

We had a very nice stay at the Fritz. The house is very well situated - close to beach access and to the sound. There were 7 adults and one child. The house isn't large, however it fit our needs and didn't feel too crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean. We had one maintenance issue with a drain in the lower level bathroom. They came out right away and fixed it.

The house is in a good location, a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked. The bedrooms are a good size. The bathrooms are very small. We visited for a weekend, I would not want to spend a week in this house in the summer, mainly because of the size of the bathrooms and small living space. You could barely turn around in the hall bathroom.

The management company was very communicative. It was a little annoying to have to sign in or download an app for everything. The house was clean, however, I was surprised that when we arrived we had to make our own beds. I have never rented a place where I had to make my own bed.

As for the bed making, we halted our bed making services due to COVID to ensure our guests felt comfortable no one else touched their sheets, but are hoping to restart it in the future. We hope you will consider renting Fritz again on your next visit to Wrightsville but should you be more interested in a unit with larger bathrooms we can work with you to find something more your style. I really liked the house and would definitely stay there again great location!
Unfortunately when we arrived for our family vacation the AC was out in the house (things break )and we spent 5 days in a different house which we really didn’t like at all but made the best of it . My suggestion to Bryant Realty would be to have window units on hand to install in a situation like this especially considering how much they fail at the beach , as a landlord for a living this IS what I do for my own properties.

We hate to do it but sometimes have to make the difficult decision to bump our guests to another property if the chosen unit is unavailable especially for a required amenity like AC/Heat. The HVAC needed a complete system replacement and thankfully they were able to finish that sooner than expected, allowing you to stay at your intended rental for the remainder of your vacation. My family of seven adults and three children fit nicely in this home. The home was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The week was rainy and we would have liked for the porch to have been covered so we could have enjoyed more outside time.

We have been renting on Wrightsville Beach for almost 20 years and this was one of our favorite houses so far. The location is great - a very nice quiet street and beach access just a short walk through the public parking lot and across the street. The house was clean and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were there with our three young adult children and their significant others and the four bedrooms worked perfectly. The outside shower was used by many. This part of the island is very nice and quiet, but with the bonus of the surf shop just a couple of blocks away. Our sons rented boards and the kids spent some time in the coffee shop/bar upstairs. We were coming from Maryland and we had left very early to get down to the beach to avoid traffic. It was a nice bonus to get a call for early check-in, so we were in the house by 3:15. The only negative of the whole trip was I had paid extra to have the beds made up and that hadn't happened. Apparently this hasn't been done since Covid, so not sure why it was an option during booking - but my money was promptly refunded, so not a big deal. All in all an excellent stay.

Great location with limited views of the beach from the house but very close access point. The kitchen was very well equipped. On cul-de-sac road so no cross traffic. Property management was very quick to respond to minor problem with hot water tank circuit breaker. Large grill was very useful.

The house was nice, though it could use some updates (new white comforters would make a world of difference!). The location was excellent with convenient beach access. What we found very disappointing was the complete lack of amenities. The rental company did send out emails ahead of time letting us know that we should bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, etc., but given that we were all arriving from California and did not have a car to go grocery shopping, this wasn’t possible. The fact that they can’t even provide a single roll of paper towels is ridiculous. Just build it into the cost per night and your guests will be MUCH happier! Also, the air conditioning does not seem to work downstairs, so the couple staying down there was extremely uncomfortable the whole time. All in all, I would say the home itself is perfectly fine - it’s the management company that needs to re-evaluate their service standards. They were also incredibly rude during the booking process, Krystal specifically. If I were the owners of this house, I would look into another management company.

Your stay was booked through a third-party booking site, VRBO; we are unclear how our staff was rude during the booking process as we were not actively involved in it. Our property manager, Krystle, did reach out to you after the contract was returned as the occupancy was a young group of non-related occupants coming to the area for a wedding. Our rental policies and lease specifically state that we do not rent to wedding parties. Thus, we are required to seek further information from the traveler to make an informed decision as to whether the stay can be honored. We are a professional property management company hired by the property owner to secure reservations and are obligated to screen tenants that we place in their homes. We apologize if you mistook our reaching out for clarification as being rude - this is a standard practice when tenants do not meet standards outlined in our policies. We believe that the booking process would have been more seamless had you read the rental policies listed on VRBO prior to booking or reached out to gain preapproval, as requested in our rental agreement, since your wedding group was inherently a request for an exception to our policy requiring special consideration. Although we state the materials included with the rental and list that paper towels are not included, we appreciate your feedback and are happy to report that we have started providing a complimentary roll for our guest’s convenience. We hope you enjoyed your stay and our willingness to go above and beyond to assist you in rescheduling your stay when your plans were uprooted due to covid. After reviewing our phone recordings and email exchanges, we feel confident that our staff was nothing more than helpful and professional in our interactions with you.

Awesome, great access to the beach. You will need to drive or can take a relaxing 5 minute walk to the ocean. The outside shower is convenient and so is the 3 car parking. For those not wanting to climb stairs, the downstairs entry and accommodations are ideal.

Wedding weekend, three weekends after Hurricane Florence, heard from rental company promptly about condition of rental, and had good communication leading up to stay. This property was accurately displayed in the online profile. we found the house to be better equipped than mentioned, which was a pleasant surprise. the house was very clean and well maintained. The only item not provided, that was supposed to be there was a vacuum cleaner. we would definately stay in this nice house again. we found the proximity to the beach very good, as well as a small cafe close, as well as the Oceanic Restaurant which was very good. our family would highly recommend this home.

We chose to rent this property because of its proximity to the Oceanic Restaurant which was the venue for our daughter's wedding. It is a lovely home that easily accommodated 7 of us. The house is well-equipped. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils and appliances. We appreciated having internet access. We would suggest leaving detailed instructions for the cable TV (i.e., which remote controls to use). We enjoyed the beach every day.

This home is probably one of my favorite beach houses I've stayed in! It's comfortable, plenty of comfortable seating in the living area, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean. Location is so close to the beach. Everything in good working order. Initially had an issue with the wifi but Bryant came and replaced both the modem and router within a day.

We loved the location and overall condition of the property. Kitchen was well stocked and we liked the outdoor shower. The only negatives were that my wife complained that it was damp even with the air conditioning on, and the dvd player needs to be replaced {it had a bad connection}. Great overall!

Although this is a great space in a great location, be prepared to pay extra for everything. The company charges for linens, beach towels, and other items that may be needed. Additionally, they had me bring my own paper towels and we ran out of toilet paper. Additionally, on the contract it did not indicate an extra bed that was in the unit so we did not order enough sheets. This unit is worth the extra costs, but just be prepared to pay more then it listed online. Finally, they make you return the garage key, so make sure you have a way to get to their facility and plan the extra time to get there.

To try to keep the booking cost low for our guests we allow you to bring certain items for additional savings or they may be rented via our contract at cost. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with the linens. In efforts to resolve this situation, we provided the additional set required at no cost. We have stayed at the Fritz about 15 times and love the location. Very family friendly and this year we had a plumbing emergency at 9pm and it was completely resolved by 10:20pm. Fantastic response time by Bryant and their contracted plumber.

We enjoyed a great week at the Fritz Cottage despite a tropical storm blowing through - which served to keep temps comfortable for remainder of the week!!! We've stayed here before, & we'll come back again. Owner has made upgrades & cottage is move in ready. Location is great with ample off-street parking & low traffic. Great seafood is a very short walk & there's a new coffee shop, too. On the way home, my grandson wanted to know when we were moving to WB! He had a great time, putting away Star Wars toys for a whole week of playing on the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

My husband is French and Wrightsville Beach is one of my in-laws favorite areas in the USA. We have our family vacation here as often as we can. We've used Bryant Real Estate a few times, and every time we've stayed in a different place, but this one is by far, our favorite. The house was great, the area is great, everything was top notch. We only wish that you could stay longer than 7 day at a time stretches. Otherwise, our vacation was great!

This is about the 15th time we have stayed here going back to the early 1990's, so need I say more.Great location and they have managed to keep the price fairly reasonable.The house has a nice setup for us,but we might soon need more space with a growing family.Could use a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom vs the double there now and add a queen bed in the basement bedroom to accommodate more guests.

Clean and fully stocked kitchen. Really liked the 3 baths and outdoor shower. Block and 1/2 from beach public access - very easy. Owners left plenty of beach chairs which was nice. Beds comfortable. All linens didn't make it, but Bryant came right out and fixed that. Would rent here again with confidence.

Cooperative weather, good location, house was a nice fit for our family. House was clean and neat. Beds are just right. WiFi not good. Living area furniture is sturdy, but not the most comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
