Looking for an economical, pet friendly Wrightsville Beach vacation spot! Here it is! In a great location across the street from the Oceanic Restaurant and Crystal Pier, the upper level 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is just steps to the beach and sound. The front covered porch is perfect for people watching, or relaxing with a good book.

If you need more space for your group, reserve the lower pet friendly unit for a total of 5 bedrooms, contact us directly for more information!

Off-street parking for 2 cars. Occupancy: 6. No Smoking. Pet allowed with nonrefundable pet fee.

**Effective January 2, 2019 all vacation rentals of 5-21 nights for this property will have linens included. On 4 nights or less you will still have the option to rent linens or bring your own; linen orders and bed making services can be added to your reservation at cost per the rental contract.**

In general we were satisfied with a few exceptions. The mattress was not comfortable, didn’t offer good support. The blinds did not do a good job of shutting out light. Lack of a dishwasher was a minor inconvenience.

Hi Stephen - I am glad you were pleased with our services but we are apologetic for the issues you described. The beds in question are within their designed life span, but they are on the soft side. Everyone's preference for bed comfort is unique and we are sorry you did not find these comfortable. We have the lack of dishwasher noted and I will have Housekeeping evaluated the blinds for blocking light. Still - this is as you say, an "old style beach property" and we think its price, description, and advertisement align with this. We are glad you were able to partake in our little slice of paradise!

We loved the upper unit. One block from the beach and one block to the sound. Very quiet and peaceful. Our family enjoyed sitting on the porch at night enjoying the beautiful nights on Wrightsville Beach. The house is very comfortable. Nothing fancy but perfect for a family getaway.

We really loved our home. There's 2 beach access spots right by the house oceanic, a coffee and breakfast spot, and a surf shop. Great location! The house was very comfortable w. 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Kitchen has everything including a coffee pot and blender. There are neighbors below, but they're very quiet so it was fine.

Our stay in the Craft upper unit was terrific. The property was very nice, although it could use some updating. Despite that, it was very comfortable and met almost all of our requirements. The location was outstanding! It was close to both the surf and the sound. We would definitely consider this property when visiting Wrightsville Beach in the future.

I rented the beach house for the winter months and absolutely loved it. The location was amazing. You are right beside a coffee shop open year round and then you walk across the road to the prettiest beaches in NC. Staying at the south end you have the best of both worlds incredible sunrises which you can see out the kitchen window and sunsets on the sound side.The house is large and can accommodate all family and friends comfortably. The porch is my favorite for morning coffee and cider in the evening. I gave the property's condition a 3 out of 5 because the furniture in the living room and kitchen could use updating.

The location was great! The house is a wonderful size. We loved the big Kitchen. The bed mattress need to be replaced and the twin beds fixed. One bed fell to the floor. For the price that should not be the case. They do not need to go up on price unless some work is done.

We spent a whole week in the upper unit of this house and we really enjoyed it. It a nice beach cottage, nothing fancy but spacious and full of light. We really liked the spacious kitchen and the master bedroom. The house would greatly improve with a coat of paint, but it is fine like it is. The beach entrance is literally 5 minutes across the street. this was a great find

This property is in a super location. However, it was in great need of repair to all ceilings and air condition they were hanging from the ceiling. It was relatively clean and all appliances worked well. The front porch was our favorite place to sit and rock. Usually a breeze. I would recommend it to a friend if it were repaired.

We enjoyed our time in Wrightsville Beach. We had only a very short walk to the beach and the coffee shop around the corner was a bonus! This unit was freshly painted and very clean. The bathroom fixtures desperately need updating for functionality purposes and living room furniture not the most comfortable but otherwise we were pleased with the unit.

I could not pick a better location in Wrightsville Beach. This property is located just a block off the beach with easy access to the public walkway and fantastic coffee shop around the corner. The walk to shops/restaurants is about a mile but you can do the walk on the beach so it's very pleasant. The property itself is very spacious - good sized bedrooms and a big kitchen with lots of storage and a great dining table to seat a large family. It also has a big deck for outdoor eating. Highly recommended!

When selecting a rental property, we wanted to satisfy 2 criteria: a pet-friendly house and to be near the beach access. This home satisfied both! Though the decor and home was a bit dated, it was clean and neat. No frills, just the basics were provided and that suited our needs fine.

This is a very nice little rental. It is, however, not soundproof! This is a cute place, has everything I needed, more than I expected-- coffee maker, toaster, microwave -- and very convenient walk to the beach, short drive to the little village shops or into Wilmington. And the Bryant company is efficient and pleasant to do business with. Will recommend!

This was a great rental. It had plenty of room for us and the kids. Great location to walk to the beach. Everyone at Bryant Real estate was very helpful with any questions i had. We didn't want to leave. I will be using them again in the future for sure.
