You'll be so happy when you arrive at the 6 Bedroom, 6.5 Bathroom Single Family Home on the Beach. Not only does it welcome you with large spaces and spectacular views, but the newly installed in-ground pool shimmering in the seaside sun will beckon you to keep coming back year after year. Opportunities like this do not come around often, so make sure your family gets their chance to visit, enjoy, relax and rejuvenate themselves on your next vacation.

The home features a large garage space on the ground level, along with a downstairs den that is perfectly suited for the young folks and the young at heart. Head upstairs to the Main living level and you'll find two bedrooms with king beds and on suite bathrooms, along with the living/dining rooms and a very well equipped kitchen space. There is also a powder room on this level. Of course you'll be immediately drawn outside to take in the views and dip a toe in the pool. Don't worry, it is exclusively yours to enjoy for the entire stay. Bring an extra swimsuit, because you're going to want to get in the water multiple times each day.

Head up to the second floor and you'll find another den and 4 more bedrooms. Two primary suites with King beds on the ocean side will accommodate those who enjoy the sunrise. On the street side you'll find the bunk room with two stacked twins and a pull out bed underneath. Down the hall is the final bedroom with another Queen bed. Everyone gets a connecting bathroom, and that is important when the whole crew is getting ready for a big night out on the town.

While vacationing on Pleasure Island you'll be happy to know that you can find serenity, peace and quiet OR you can opt for nightlife, a carnival atmosphere and all of the sweet treats you could ever want. The choices are seemingly endless, so do it all or do nothing...either way you'll be glad you chose to come here to get "Conched Out".

Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals with a minimum of 3-night stays in summer, and minimum of 2-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 3 Queen, 1 Twin Trundle, 1 Bunk Bed (twin over twin), 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas.
Parking: Parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars depending on the size of the vehicles. Garage parking for 4 cars, again depending on vehicle size.
Pet Policy: Pets are not welcomed at this home.

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats or Trailers, Grills. Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security:
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
