As you enter the home, you are welcomed into the ground floor foyer. The first floor of the home offers a full bathroom and a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs you are welcomed by the stunning hardwood floors that guide you to the sleeping quarters. The first bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed with a twin over a full bed, as well as a twin trundle. There is a television and attached jack and jill bathroom for added convenience. A second guest bedroom shares access to the jack and jill bathroom and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The queen guest room also has a private deck that provides a glimpse of the ocean. Across the hallway you will find the primary bedroom complete with a en-suite bathroom that features dual sinks and a walk-in shower stall.

The top floor of this beautiful home is accented by wood floors and spacious floor plan. An open concept living room makes a wonderful gathering space for families and seamlessly flows to the kitchen and dining area. A large sectional sofa provides ample sitting room for everyone to spread out and snuggle up on the couch together. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry to store all your groceries, and everything you need to make your favorite meals. There is a deck off the dining area with a cozy outdoor sofa that overlooks the ocean. Enjoy morning sunrises or evening cocktails is the soft salty breeze. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer for added convenience.

Located a short distance to the Kure Beach pier, shops and restaurants, this convenient location is perfect for enjoying everything Pleasure Island has to offer. The more adventurous folks may want to venture down to Fort Fisher, the NC Aquarium, or ferry ride to Southport for the day. The lively and entertaining Carolina Beach is a quick 5-minute drive and offers more restaurants, shopping, a carnival from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and the famous Britt's Donuts on the boardwalk during the summer season.

Parking: On site for 2 vehicles. One in the carport and one in the driveway on the uncovered parking pad.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Boats, Smoking, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Private Elevator, Covered Parking, Outdoor Storage for Beach Equipment, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, Duplex, Ocean Views.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
