The spacious top-floor living area provides a welcoming place to relax, with a modern kitchen, ample counter space, and beautiful views of the ocean and canal. An elevator makes getting around the home easy, while multiple gathering spaces give everyone room to spread out and enjoy their stay.

The home features four bedrooms, plus a separate bunk room, and accommodates up to 15 guests. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower or head up to the rooftop deck to enjoy the coastal views. The home is also pet-friendly and offers parking for up to four vehicles.

A shared pool is currently under construction and is expected to be completed before the end of 2026, so it will be ready for Summer 2027.

"Carolina Pearl" is located just one block from the beach in Carolina Beach, putting you close to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, local shops and restaurants, and the area's favorite attractions. Spend the day exploring Carolina Beach State Park, visit the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, or head south to the Kure Beach Pier. Carolina Beach is located on the southern tip of North Carolina, on picturesque Pleasure Island. This family-friendly beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, fishing, and collecting seashells, with plenty of local restaurants, shops, and activities to enjoy throughout your stay.

Parking: Parking for up to FOUR vehicles is available at the property.

Prohibited: Smoking. Pets are permitted.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage "Carolina Pearl" as a vacation rental.
