The lower level of this home has a bonus living room outfitted with a 75” flat screen smart TV that includes Disney+ and sound bar; a great gathering space for family movie night or Sunday football. Just off the living area is a covered porch that faces the sound and is a great place to relax while taking in the salt air. Down the hall you will find the first 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and laundry area.

The spacious upper level of this home is outfitted with hardwood floors and features an open concept living, dining, kitchen with convenient access to the third-floor deck which is perfect for outdoor lounging or dining! The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile back splash that seamlessly flow into the living space making this home wonderfully equipped for family gatherings. This level also contains the master bedroom with a private bath and another guest bedroom with full bath. Just off the kitchen you will find another staircase that leads up to an enclosed crow’s nest that provides magnificent 360 views of the sound, ocean, and south end of the island. This is the ideal spot for relaxing after a day at the beach, family board games, and watching breathtaking sunsets!

The entryway gives access to the outdoor shower, fenced in back yard, and has a garage for extra parking, bikes, charcoal grill, and is great for storing all your beach gear. Come enjoy the waves, sun and sand at this home away from home!

Our families had a great stay at Beach Living July 2022. Everything was as stated, in working order, clean, and appropriate. The only criticism we would have (and it is small) is the lack of a refrigerator/freezer at the lower level to hold additional ice and beach drinks.

Our book club spent two nights at Beach living and enjoyed every moment!! Our only recommendation is an extra coffee maker since the coffee mugs are so large❤️

We had a nice weekend stay. This was not the original house we had booked, that RSVP was canceled unexpectedly a few days prior but Bryant RE did a great job getting us moved & into a different house. This house was clean and spacious. Very easy walk to the beach. Big rooms and comfy beds. Kids loved the little TV room area on the 2nd floor. Kitchen was great. Would stay again.

This house exceeded expextations. It was clean when we arrived and all amenities were as described. Bryant also called us on our check in day to let us know the house was cleaned and ready a few hours early.

Overall the house was good. Carpets were stained but seemed clean. We had a problem with one queen bed. The frame was bent and very uncomfortable but we remedied by putting mattresses on floor.

We appreciate your comments on the carpeting and queen bed - we rely on guest feedback to encourage improvements to the property owners! We had a guest at the beginning of the year that caused many stains throughout the property, and it has been carpet cleaned four times now but the stains come back in a few weeks unfortunately- at least it is sanitized! The owners are looking to replace the carpeting this off season (end of 2021), I believe with hardwood like the rest of the house so the carpets won't be an eye sore much longer! My family had a wonderful stay at your rental. Plenty of room for all, clean, and close to beach access which made things very convenient. The property location is also ideal if you are looking for a quieter vaca but close enough to get to all the action!

Loved the layout of the place and bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. Location was perfect, able to walk to see sunset and very close to beach access. The sofas seems a bit worn. There was a lot of dog hair on the pillows of the sofa. Suggest better cleaning after pets stay there. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This is house is very convenient and a lovely neighborhood. Quiet and easy to access water. We found the house arranged well for our group of 12, but carpets in living area were very dirty and rumpled. We paid for extra hours added to our checkout and were to be out by 3:00pm, but while at the beach before noon the code changed on the entry door. Luckily, the garage door was open so we were able to get in or we would have been locked out with four children four and under.

The home is located a lot back from the main road so it's very quiet and cozy since it is mostly residential - perfect for families looking for peace and quiet. The entire home was carpet cleaned at the end of January as part of our regular cleaning protocol so the carpets are clean, although some of the area rugs may have permanent staining. We will recommend to the owners that it may be time to replace these, we appreciate that feedback! I am sorry to hear you experienced an issue with your code and would have loved the opportunity to make it right! Usually we send you a new code once a late check out is added which will go to your e-mail. Be sure to call the office next time, we have someone available 24/7 to handle issues with lockouts and could have sent you a new code right away. Come on back anytime, Jenny!

Overall a very nice house. I don’t like the living room sofas, seem old. There was a small amount of mold/mildew in the master shower, I didn’t check the rest or the showers. Bedroom carpets were stained. Minor things, overall a very nice experience. The large tv is great, luckily my daughter figured out how to turn it all on. Love the subtle beach decor. Lots of room and so close to the beach access.

A great place to stay. The house was very welcoming and perfect for two families. The area is very quite. Great parking, both our families have older child who drove and have two children at UNCW so were able to get 7 cars. The kitchen was fully stocked and a nice wagon to get everything to the beach.

decided to rent a house so my whole family (7 adults, 6 grandkids) could stay together. Huse was as advertised and perfect for our needs. Walking distance to the beach and located on a quiet residential street. Great weekend.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at our WONDERFUL beach house!!! We had so many comfortable bedrooms that accommodated our extended family and us so incredibly wonderfully!!! We loved the rocking chairs on the porches!! The decor was so beachy and inviting!! Everything was new and fresh!! It made our trip for our son's wedding a vacation!!! It could not have been more perfect for us!! The short walk to the beach was great, as well!!!!
