Description

“All Decked Out" is a top floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located at the end of Columbia Street in a quiet condo community with only four units. This third-floor property offers privacy, wonderful sound views, spectacular sunsets, and is in the center of Wrightsville Beach just steps away from the local shops, restaurants, and a block from the beach! Bring your boat and explore the natural beauty of nearby Masonboro Island just across the inlet!

Nicely decorated with a bright and airy living and dining area that opens onto a covered deck – perfect for watching sunsets and boating activities. The open concept living area is great for families and makes this home feel very spacious. The living room has comfortable furniture and beautiful wooden ceilings that give a modern beach feel to the space.

Just off the living room is the primary suite with a king bed and a large private bath with convenient access to the sound front deck. The split floor plan offers added privacy for guests. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other furnished with two twin beds, are located off the main entry hall. A guest bathroom is located opposite the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of pantry space and is easy to navigate, so meal prep becomes effortless!

If you are looking for a quiet get away with the family, easy access to the sound for boating and kayaking, or just want to be close to the amenities that Wrightsville Beach has to offer this is the home for you!

The HOA requires all vehicles to display parking passes while parked on the property in order to avoid citation or towing. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) in the carport labeled for unit "D" and cannot obstruct the driveway or utilize other parking areas on the property.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of 2 night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Parking for 2 cars in the designated carport area.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

We loved this condo with its amazing sunsets. Very comfortable for a Family of six, and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, building is very quiet. The parking is difficult for a larger vehicle, and the rules for guest are to restrictive in my opinion. But probably would not affect most visitors. Location is wonderful for walking access to most activities.

Being channel front is certainly a treat being front row to WB's famous sunsets and walking distance to downtown WB and the beach access. The owner just replaced the master bed with a new king mattress so it's great to hear positive feedback that it is comfortable! The building has a strict HOA policy with parking, trash, and noise so signs are posted throughout the property to encourage our guests to follow them. All the other condos are privately owned locals who deserve the same respect that they give our tenants. There are often issues with guests parking in their assigned carports or using other unit's trash receptacles which is why these rules are in place but are pretty basic and should be followed regardless of an HOA policy. Despite that, we hope you were able to enjoy your vacation and some much needed relaxation at the beach! Give us a call when you are ready to plan your next getaway, you are welcome back anytime!

What a great week with family and friends- We rented a boat for Entrophy to add fun to our stay! the home was beautiful, clean, and spacious! This was our 3rd year staying here and we will definitely be back!

Great location. Lovely porch and view of the channel. Kitchen was very well equipped! Could use some fresh furniture And bed pillows. Mattress topper in master bedroom very uncomfortable. Porch light and fan on left needs repair. Place a few light bulbs in closet so renter can replace bulbs (guest bath needs new bulb). Dishwasher functions poorly. We found several dirty, greasy pans in the cabinet. Dishwater does not totally drain. Slight unpleasant odor. Repairman came immediately to work on dishwasher but it didn’t truly fix the drainage issue. Great frig and microwave. New dishwasher would be a huge plus. Despite issues - we would come again.

Overall a great property.:

*Fantastic property in superb setting.
*Top floor.
*Management co got spigot repaired quickly (when it was actually HOA's responsibility).
*Great neighbors.
*Grounds kept very well and dock is superb.

But for a premier property, it (or mgmt co) was lacking in a few areas:

*I called on about Day 2 of 14 day trip re broken porch fans. It was brutally hot most days and critically needed but they were never replaced. A price adjustment would be a reasonable thing to do. Management should review each property at the beginning of each season to ensure all items are in working order.

*Linens -- over a certain price point, management co should provide more towels. And better quality sheets and towels. I get better more towels and better linens at Hampton Inn.

*Master Bed - A queen in a large room with an aged saggy mattress. Again, a critical item not in line with the price point.

*Cleanliness - floors not thoroughly cleaned (tiles prob need steam cleaning). Pantry and closet floors were dirty. Shower door too. Front closet a bit cluttered. Significant spider webs with 15-20 egg sacs at front door. Vacuum cleaner put out tons of dust so not worth using.

*Misc signs of wear and tear -- some canned lights sagging and yellowed trim (flush mount LEDs are a great, easy replacement), master BR and BA doors don't align with frame (have to push very hard), major peeling of wallpaper in master BA, shower door and kitchen sink need replacing, drwywall cracks, etc. None are a big deal but collectively they are and again, at this price point, some should be addressed.

Our stay at "All Decked Out" was excellent. The property is well maintained outside and the interior of this unit looks like it has mostly new furniture and carpet. It had all the kitchen cooking ware I would use at my own house. Can walk to restaurants and sandwhich shops as well as the beach. Bring your boat or kayak and enjoy the sunsets on the sound. You can always see boaters driving thru the sound area as well.

This place was beautiful. It met my expectations. Very clean and in a great location. Loved being on that side it was not that windy. The couches were so comfortable my husband wants to know brand. The beds all were comfortable too. We only had time to walk to beach 1 time. It was so close.

The rooms in this rental are much larger than they appear in the photos. It was clean and walkable to Wrightsville Beach restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.
