The spacious living and dining area was designed with gathering in mind. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, warm wood cabinetry, a large island with bar seating, and ample counter space for preparing everything from quick beach snacks to memorable family feasts. The modern windows fill the home with natural light and showcase beautiful ocean views, allowing you to enjoy the scenery without ever leaving the comfort of the living room.

Step outside and take advantage of multiple covered balconies and decks, where you can soak in the salty sea breeze and panoramic coastal views. Additional amenities include covered parking for 4–5 vehicles, an outdoor shower to rinse away the day's sand, and a pet-friendly policy so your four-legged family members can join in on the fun. Stay Requirements: Two-Night minimum rental in Summer. Minimum of two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin, 2 Bunk Beds (Twin/ Twin), 1 Sleeper Sofa
Parking: Ample parking for 4-5 vehicles depending on their size.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
