Inside, the open-concept layout features brand-new kitchen, dining, and living areas, all accessible through two large sliding glass doors that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living. A charming daybed offers an extra spot for an afternoon nap or an additional guest. The space is filled with cozy, modern seating—both inside and out—inviting you to kick off your shoes and relax.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy. The first queen bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with another queen guest bedroom, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. Stay Restrictions: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum 2-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Recap: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Twin Day Bed.
Parking: Parking for maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

The house was so nice and newly renovated. Loved how close we were to the beach and the open access under the house allowed for easy storage of our beach items for the next day. Also close to some great take out food places.

Above the Storm was a terrific home for my family. It is close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and other activities. The house was super clean and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was included for a fun and relaxing week. We are planning to return to Above the Storm next year.

This was a fantastic house, newly updated with everything you could ask for. Well-stocked and spacious kitchen, large eating area and nice living room. The deck was a huge highlight with plenty of comfortable seating. Two-minute walk to the beach, ten-minute walk to the boardwalk area. It is on the main road so there is a fair amount of traffic, but it's a great location relative to all the attractions in the area.

Would definitely stay here again!
