Guests with love the smart features of this home and the modern conveniences that have been thoughtfully placed throughout.

Down the hall there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The upper level of this property has a kid’s room with a Twin bunk bed, play table, and a full bathroom. The beautiful master bedroom has a King-sized bed and private on suite bathroom. Balconies on both living levels are great for sipping your coffee while watching the sun rise!

The best part of this wonderful family home is the furnished outdoor living area that really makes you soak up the island life. The back yard is a great space to let your four-legged family member run or catch a frisbee! An enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day at the beach convenient and the outdoor dining is perfect for grilling out on warm summer nights.

While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Take a stroll around the lake, which features farmers markets, paddleboats, festivals, and Sunday movie nights in the park. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. Stay Restrictions: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Recap: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin Bunk Bed.
Parking: Parking for two vehicles - one covered, one driveway.
Prohibited: Smoking.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on Airbnb and must be paid separately to the host. Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

House was immaculately clean. Great furnishings and updated kitchen, fixtures, etc. More than enough cookware, appliances, etc to make a meal. Easy walk to beach access. Fantastic outdoor space. My only slight gripe would be the bedrooms were bright with just the blinds and no curtains. You better be an early riser!

I fell in love with this property when I saw it online and it did not disappoint when we arrived. We had never been to the Wilmington area or Carolina Beach in particular, so we just decided to do it. This home is only a few short blocks from public beach access which makes it easy to walk or drive. The neighborhood is very nice with many walkable streets and friendly neighbors for human and four-legged family members. The home is nicely appointed, the kitchen well supplied with just about anything needed to make a great meal. (However we indulged ourselves at many of the local restaurants in the area, fresh seafood everywhere—we didn’t have a bad meal the entire week.) Beds are comfortable which is a plus for us. Room for everyone to spread out. Nice outdoor spaces to relax. We highly recommend Shrimply the Best and will be back!

This was a beautiful home, very clean & everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and we loved walking through the neighborhood in the evening. We got engaged during our trip in August, Carolina Beach is a special place for us. We would defiantly book this rental again. You will not regret staying in this lovely home away from home!
