Three co-workers and I stayed in this beautiful 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom. It had all amenities needed for our stay. We had a cookout with the coal grill, and walked a quick 2 minutes to the gorgeous beach. I plan to bring my family back for vacation and hope to stay at the same place. Stunning. Lots of separate seating areas outside too.

We had an awesome time staying at Pass. The home was in good shape, and the Linens package was quite adequate. It was well stocked with kitchen implements and good appliances. A Keurig coffee maker would have been nice, since so many other places have them, but the regular brew coffee maker was quite adequate. The only problems I noticed were a non-functioning and oil-leaking automatic ice maker, a tap water hose that came loose just as we were leaving, a slow bathroom drain that I was able to fix, and a lot of ants outside that got into our car. The ones that came inside for some reason we're not much of a bother, since they were not in the kitchen. Maintenance was very responsive, and the location near beach access was superb! If we vacation in Carolina Beach again, we will try to book here again.

We were pleasantly surprised because the rental’s pictures weren’t updated! Plenty of room and bathrooms. Kitchen was supplied with some good cookware. We had a good time.

The set up was perfect for our family of 6 and my parents who joined us. The condo was clean and filled with all essential kitchen supplies. The walk to the beach was a piece of cake and made it easy to go multiple times a day. We would definitely stay here again. We even tried to tack time on to this trip, but it had been booked.

There needs to be some work done on the place. This is our 3rd time there. We love the location, but want something better maintained. Mold smell under the kitchen sink and island. Master bathroom, caulk around the tub needs to be replaced. Carpets need to be cleaned. Couches need to be replaced or recovered. Please take these ideas into consideration.

We stayed on Bowfin lane for a family reunion with our relatives who live near Carolina Beach. I was happy overall with the house, but was disappointed with the minor though very irritating maintenance issues that came up.

Will not be renting from them again. A whole week after our stay they charged my card for damages we did not do. The furniture already had little stains on it, the they said the room that we never used had a big stain on the bed, and they also tried to say we had a dog in the house when we don’t even own pets. They scammed me out of $640 worth of damages.

family vacation for the first time in over a year and had a good time, nice area. The house was a nice place but we traveled with two children 2 year old and two month old and the carpets were so dirty that my grandsons feet were always black on the bottom. the carport area that had seating and a picnic table had green mold on it and the week we were there it rained a couple days so it was very slippery. With minor attention this would be a very nice place to stay.

This house was in a great location, easy two block walk to Carolina Beach, 5 minute drive to Kure beach and pier. Had some difficulty with the roku streaming service, outdated furniture, but other than that it was a great house.

This was a great place to stay. The location was great and they had everything that we needed. I would recommend this place to friends. This house was spacious and bright, and we enjoyed our stay here. However, there was one big problem: a very strong smell in the dining area. I don't know if it was the cushions on the dining chairs, or some decaying organic material in the shell display on the dining table, but that area smelled like the worst B.O. you can imagine. It needs to be addressed.

Unit in general is a great unit. It is just one road back off ocean front and close to a public beach access so a short walk to the beach. Unit was clean and in good shape. Air conditioning worked well. Ceiling fans in most all rooms. Pay attention to the TV situation in the description. You may need to bring your own streaming device in some rooms. Rental company process was very easy. Suggestions for improvement would be new furniture for living room (couch and love seat worn and had small stains). Kitchen well equipped. A blender would have been nice. Also pots and pans that were a bit worn and old could use replacement.

Checking in was easy and communication with the rental company was excellent. The rental home was as described and suited our needs perfectly. There was no soap with which to wash our hands in the bathroom which was unexpected. This should be mentioned in the description (you will have to bring your own hand soap) because it a health issue not being able to wash hands - especially during cold and flu season.

We had a great time taking my mom to the beach for her birthday. Since she is a widow, she doesn't get to take vacations often. I'm glad we were able to go even after Hurricane Florence decided to come through 2 weeks before our vacation.

the place is beautiful, I wouldnt call it a four bedroom though, the pull out couch is basically a crib mattress. Also we got locked out of our place for over four hours with all our belongs inside, ( positive side, maintance came with in a half an hour ) also when we told him the bathrooms werent flushing well he said as long as it goes down. The down stairs bathroom ended up not working at all, had to flush but opening the back tank. And lastly, they knew the dishwasher was broken and failed to mention it or get it fixed for us, so had to waste some time doing dishes.

House is perfect distance from the beach, and close to the tiki bar, and the boardwalk :)

The house was a great choice for our girls' weekend. It was just a block away from the ocean with easy access to the beach. The kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for 7 adults. Some of the dishes in the pantry were a little dirty, so be sure to bring extra soap.

Very nice residence. Plenty of room for the crew. Kitchen nicely stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Definitely would stay here again.

Just a note for the reality group; a few marks in the stairway walls (a little worried if it had been previously noted.) You have a loose board or boards on main stairs leading up to the residence.

Regardless of these small items, this is a nice property.

Overall the house was really great and we had a wonderful stay. Beach access was about a three minute walk from the house (no beach view, but that's not a dealbreaker at all) and the master suite was especially nice. The only issue was the sofa bed - it was INSANELY uncomfortable and basically unusable. The two sleeping in that room ended up putting the mattress pad on the floor to sleep, rather than using the sofa bed. Plan on having this house sleep 6, rather than 8 (or, people could also sleep on the couches). However, we had a great weekend and absolutely would recommend this house!

Parking: Carport parking for 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.
