Description

Station One is a family favorite on Wrightsville Beach and our “Zipf” unit is the place to be! This beautifully remodeled second floor unit offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a wonderful open floor plan to maximize your ocean views. Complete with a private ocean front balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a perfect family vacation!

As soon as you walk into “Zipf” you notice the beautifully remodeled kitchen that creates an open living space with expansive ocean views. The kitchen has been outfitted with a subway tile back splash and granite counter tops. The subtle grey hues carry through the space and are accented by stately pops of color and comfortable décor. Guests will enjoy the ample seating options throughout the living space that cater to many activities. Spectacular sunrises are best taken in from the private ocean front balcony with a hot cup of coffee!

The first guest room is furnished with a queen and twin bed making this room versatile for families and other groups. There is a full bathroom in the hallway that services guests and the occupants of the guest room. Just across the hall is the primary suite which includes a private bathroom with walk in shower, dual sinks, access to the balcony, and a king-sized bed. Soothing ocean inspired tones perfectly blend the surrounding and bring the feeling of beach living inside.

Lounge by the pool, play a match or two on the tennis courts, and of course, the ocean is right there! A superb location and endless amenities provide all the makings for a truly memorable family vacation.

Occupancy: 6
Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, RV's, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W058 - Zipf” as a vacation rental.

Nicely/comfortably furnished, centrally located, GREAT view and beach access with the pool option as an added bonus. Kitchen is very well stocked with kitchen wares. Internet/wifi connection was a bit slow and unit number on the front door was really hard to see/locate as we arrived well after dark (looks like all of the units have this issue on their doors, not just this one).Overall, we had a great experience in this unit.

I grew up spending summers at Wrighstsville Beach, but it had been many years since I'd spent time there. The view was spectacular, and it was easy to get to the beach, which is where I spent most of my time! The condo was very nice - recent updates for bathrooms and kitchen. Decor was neutral and beachy - perfect for comfortability. (A table on the porch for eating would have made it perfect.) The location was easy to walk to restaurants and shops - convenient! It was a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday with friends!

Wonderful week in this condo at Wrightsville Beach. Great view of the ocean and bedrooms/bathrooms were very adequate. Two suggestions: 1) Leave instructions for TV remote controls use and, 2) Replace sectional sofa with one that is not so excessively deep (I'm a physical therapist and this promotes terrible sitting posture).

This condo is fantastic. Extremely clean, well maintained and updated. Linen service (shrink wrapped towels and sheets) during the pandemic made us feel safer. Easy check in and out and excellent communication with Bryant Realty. Would stay here again!

Though we’ve visited Wrightsville Beach many times in the past, this was our first stay at Station One. We loved it! The ZIPF condo is perfect - beautifully & comfortably furnished, amazing ocean view (I got up every morning to see the sunrise!), sparkling clean. We really enjoyed the short walks for hot dogs at The Trolly Stop and delicious coffees at The Workshop ... and longer walks along the beach to the Oceanic Pier (for an outdoor, distanced meal ... due to Covid, it was our first time at a restaurant since March)! Bryant staff was very professional and informative. Can’t wait you return!

Very difficult time getting our keys to the apt, but the unit itself was clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds, elevator a plus, lovely beach. No one was at the rental agency at 5:15 pm (4 is earliest check in), did not answer our calls to explain how to open the lockbox until 11 am the NEXT MORNING! We left messages on several phone numbers. No one at the Rental Agency at 10:15 am on check out day for us to bring up the issue. So be prepared for terrible customer service.

This was a really clean well updated condo. We had everything we needed--other than sheets and towels which you can rent as well. The only downside was that the pool was closed and there were no restrooms that were accessible other than going all the way up to your room. Other than that all was well.

The prop was very nice and clean, great view without seeing the pool courts, etc. We literally were only there to sleep two nights and I totally missed the fact that we had to bring linens on the app..I had to scroll down to see that and missed it, so I had to spend an hour driving to find sheets and towels for us. Apparently this is new if you stay under so many days..The front door key was very very difficult to use in the door lock..I was afraid I was going to break it...very difficult. Make sure you have keys whenever you leave because you need them for every door you go thru. We didn't use the pool or tennis and didn't even go in the lobby..There were very few people in Station One or even beach/town when we were there in early Nov. There was plenty of parking and easy to get to and from the rental office.

Zipf was immaculate upon arrival. Freshly updated throughout and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Awesome oceanfront view from large balcony with 4 chairs. Perfect location to Wrightsville Beach amenities. Only suggestion to owners would be to add hooks somewhere in Master bathroom/bedroom for towels. Would definitely stay in Zipf again.

Very nice 2 bedroom condo, waterfront, and comfortable. Only issue is that Station 1 is locked down like Fort Knox. You are given 2 sets of keys but if you are all adults going in different directions the key situation gets challenging.

From the moment we walked in the door we knew we were going to love our time in Wrightsville beach. The view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom is breathtaking! The condo was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities (unfortunately, the blender was not working, though). The maintenance people had to come once to fix the handle on the slider, and, unfortunately, it came off again. We contacted them again, but they never returned to fix. I think if the handle worked great and the blinds on the slider were fixed (they kept falling off) the condo would be absolutely perfect! With that said, those really were minor and the condo was not only beautiful but comfortable as well. We look forward to visiting Wrightsville beach again some day, and hope to stay in this condo too!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo that was right on the ocean the views of the ocean from the kitchen living room and dining room are wonderful and you can sleep to the sound of the ocean in the bedroom. The condo is nicely decorated has everything you need in the kitchen and is a great place for a vacation.

This condo was updated, spacious, and contained everything we needed, including all kitchen gadgets and even comfy throw blankets. A starter supply of paper products, dishwasher detergent, etc. is provided, but it was plenty to last us through a weekend stay. The sectional sofa was very comfortable and the king bed was too. The location can’t be beat – across the street are restaurants and shops. The pool wasn’t open off-season but it looked nice. Beach access was easy through the pool area. We didn’t encounter the noise others mentioned. As of March 18 the beach reconstruction appeared to be finished. Some off-season maintenance was being done on the building (painting, waterproofing) but it didn’t bother us. Bryant Real Estate was easy to work with.

We have stayed at Station One before and generally love the location and the ocean views. However, we were notified the day before we were to arrive that we would have no access to the deck. Certainly that was known beforehand! We were offered other, less central properties but chose to stay where we were since they said the view would not be obstructed. What we were not told is that there would be loud construction noise all day on 2 of the 4 days we were there. That made it impossible to nap or relax. We were given a small discount off our rate but we don’t feel that was adequate compensation for the inconvenience and annoyance.

As mentioned, we notified your party as soon as we found out work was being performed to decks in the complex. As we do not manage the entire complex, only several individual units... there are unfortunately times we are not made aware of work to the exterior of complex until inspection of the unit prior to your arrival. We are happy to hear you have visited with us in the past and hope to see you again in the future.

We had a great time at Wrightsville Beach in this beautifully renovated rental. It had everything we needed and I would highly recommend. I would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas in this beautifully renovated condo. The location and view can't be beat. The kitchen was missing a few pots. We only had one saucepan but several lids. I would suggest installing towel racks in the small bathroom. I wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit; that would ensure a return rental in the summer. Without, I would not consider having to lug wet towels to shared laundry facilities.

Great location, beautifully decorated unit. We couldn't have asked for more. July 4th weekend is very crowded on the beach but didn't bother us. We had a wonderful time and experience. Can't wait to do it again next year.

2C at Station One is a beautiful condo. It is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Station One is our favorite place to stay. We have rented three different condos in the complex and this one ranks up at the top. The furnishings, flooring and fixtures are all brand new. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are modern and clean. I know that this rental is new to the , I'd like to suggest that the owners add some items to better stock the kitchen: cutting boards, plastic cups and plates for kids, storage containers. Thank you for a great week at the beach. We hope to stay at 2C again!
