Carolina Beach is located on the southern tip of North Carolina, on picturesque Pleasure Island. This family-friendly beach is perfect for surfing, fishing and collecting seashells.

William & Mary is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, oceanfront condo complex in Carolina Beach, perfect for a family of 6. The living room and kitchen are oceanfront, while both bedrooms are street side.

Sit outside and get a dose of fresh air on the oceanfront deck, great for outdoor dining and sunbathing. A private walkover to the beach and an outside shower are located at the rear of the building. There is assigned parking underneath the building for one car and an extra parking space is located in the concrete lot across the street. Perfect choice if you want great views and no noise overhead.

This is a third floor, non-smoking unit. No elevator. No pets allowed. 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds as well as 2 twin rollaways. Sat to Sat.

Condo is located just seven blocks north of the Boardwalk area in downtown Carolina Beach. You are walking distance to shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. The condo itself was lovely. Didn’t appreciate being told an exterminator was coming to spray while we were there and would let himself in if I was not home. My daughter is a cancer survivor and I do not like chemicals around her safe or not. The parking under the house was tight with a tenant having an oversized truck in front of me. Did enjoy view and beach.

This condo was everything expected. Very clean and comfortable. Besides the ice maker not working, everything else was well maintained. Carolina Beach is an awesome Family Getaway! Clean beaches, easy access/short walk to the boardwalk and a good variety of resturants. I look forward to our next trip the CB and hope that this condo is available at the time.

This was a family vacation. Carolina Beach is a great beach for a family vacation. Lots of fantastic restaurants and sports bars and grills. Something for everyone of all ages in the family to do. And our vacation condo was within walking distance of everything. Besides grocery shopping, we only took the car out once and that was to take the ferry over to Southport.

I returned home this past weekend from a week stay from July 22-29. My 24 year old son and I had a wonderful time. The condo was nice, clean and quiet. We had a wonderful view from the balcony. Must confess though that we were so close to the beach we didn't use it a lot. Thanks for a great stay. Jackie

The overall experience was great. We were able to watch dolphins from the front deck. We had no safety concerns as the outside of the unit had great lighting and was located in a good area. The furniture was comfortable. We liked that the second bedroom had two twin beds. We loved the Gulf Stream, Grannys County Kitchen, and Kates Pancake House for breakfast. Great places for lunch and dinner were Bowmans at the Beach, the Deck House, and the Ocean Grill. We loved the pizza from Uncle Vinnys, Dominoes, and Michaelangelos. The El Cazador and Lazy Pirate provided good drinks, food, and entertainment. The kids loved the zoo and the aquarium. Carolina Beach is a great place for a vacation.

It was clean and the staff was quick to respond when we had a parking issue with new families taking all the parking spaces.

The staff at Bryant was excellent to deal with. They were friendly, courteous, and polite. They answered all my questions when I called asking about the property as well as the location. The condo was very clean and right at the beach. Could not have asked for a better location. We were able to walk down to the boardwalk and the Winner boat cruise. I would use Bryant again and would stay at this condo again. The condo slept 6 - 2 being on cots. I would suggest a small dresser in 2nd BR for clothes.
