This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, well equipped first floor condo, is nestled in the magnificent dunes at the quiet northern end of Wrightsville Beach in Wrightsville Dunes. Enjoy your own private balcony while watching the pelicans soar and the waves crash on the expansive beach! Lounge poolside at one of the two community pools or play a match or two on the tennis courts. Of course, the wide, white sandy beach accessed by private walkways will make you feel like you have it all to yourself! This condo is in the Sterling Edition which boasts an exterior secured entrance to the building for your convenience.

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Seasonal parking fees may apply and will be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Occupancy: 8.
Stay Restrictions: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum of 2-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

We’ve been tenants for going on our 2nd year and stayed in a different condo last year but it’s always clean, check in is flawless, issues at the condo always fixed fast if any at all and they are even called this last time to tell me someone is coming up to fix an issue that has been ongoing and something the last tenant brought up. A++++ places and staff. Super quiet close enough to everything in Wilmington, Kure and Carolina. We will be back from the next 25 years!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great being outside of the crowded parking lot areas but still able to bike to the pier and restaurants.

Since there are a few boardwalks to the beach from Wrightsville Dunes, you definitely won't need to deal with the craziness of finding a parking spot at a public access - you can walk right out of the unit and to the beach. wonderful spot and unit. loved everything about it EXCEPT there was no master closet thus clothes hung on door knobs, and no kitchen closet and every cabinet was full of homeowners bounty of plates, etc. thus all our stuff was on hall floor. We were there 2 weeks. for a weekend would not be too big of a problem.

Adelaid, so happy to hear you enjoyed the Over the Dunes condo! You definitely can't beat that oceanfront view - hopefully you got to see some of the sunrises from the balcony! The owners definitely have the unit stocked full of anything you would need during your stay. While there is a large dresser in the bedroom, we are looking into a permanent solution for the closet situation, whether it be placing a clothing rack in the bedroom or discussing with the owner to allow guest access to the closet - we will try to update this review once we have it settled. Come on back anytime!

Wrightsville Beach two Week Stay

Rental experience was satisfactory. Condo itself was very nice and well equipped. Problem was no closet space in Master Bedroom nor place to store staple foods in kitchen; owner locked storage for same. Very inconvenient. Rented for two weeks but bed linens and towels were not replaced after first week; competitor rental agent provides that option. We heeded recommendation to leave the beach for the hurricane; stayed two nights in motel but were reimbursed by insurance we purchased. Owner of condo was kind to supply proof of power outage from Duke Power thru rental agent to support insurance claim which was paid in full. Overall, family enjoyed the respite from the pandemic at the beach. We took advantage of carry out from beach restaurants and visited two restaurants just across the bridge for dinner and lunch. No problems.

Four of us had a mini-college reunion. All of us LOVED the apartment. - perfect location on the dunes with wide windows to look at the waves, nice pool area, we took long walks on very wide beach,. The apartment was well supplied with everything we needed, very comfortable and absolutely clean. We would definitely rent again and one of us had cracked hip so availability of elevator turned out to be essential.

The condo was awesome. It was clean and a little bigger than we had expected from the pictures. The patio was the best part, being able to sit there and enjoy watching and hearing the waves crash. It was a beautiful view and very relaxing.
Also, I was pleased with how nice the beach right outside the condo was, just a short boarded walk over the dunes. We also enjoyed the pool and tennis courts as a nice change of pace.
We were all very happy with the condo and vacation.

Beautiful weather, peaceful, ocean views.
Water in Condo needs to be purified, had a bad smell and was brownish in color. Would not recommend Condo until water issue is cleared up.

Unfortunately, island water can be quite harsh in comparison to other areas and a slight odor associated with the water is not uncommon. However, we are happy to confirm that the owner is actively looking into options that may reduce the odor you mentioned. While we investigated the discoloration you noted above, we were unable to recreate this and experience it first hand.
