As you enter the property you will walk down a hallway, passing guest bedrooms on either side as you are drawn into the open living area featuring a breath-taking view of the Atlantic Ocean. One guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and makes a great space for your guests. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a third twin trundle bed making this room great for children and adds to the versatility of this amazing condo.

Down the hall a bit further you will pass the kitchen as you are welcomed into the main living space. The open living area features plenty of space for families to gather while they take in the beautiful ocean views. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and offers bar seating as well as a dining table. Updated with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a stunning tile backsplash - no details were spared when stocking the kitchen and it is sure to delight all chefs in your family.

The living room is greeted with a large couch and multiple sofa chairs for all to find a comfortable spot to lounge after a long day at the beach. The room is filled with natural light to provide an open and airy feel. As you pass through the living room you will make your way out to the delightful deck. This oceanfront top floor deck offers the best of both worlds by providing shaded spots to protect those seeking to avoid the sun, while also providing access to the sun for those that want to feel the rays. With amble seating outside, you are sure to enjoy food and beverages here to your delight.

The ocean front primary bedroom has direct access to the ocean front deck and is furnished with a plush king-sized bed, television, and has a private on suite bathroom. Wake up to the sunrise dazzling off the crystal-clear waters and sea life swirling around you. This dreamlike suite will help you start each day with a peaceful calm feeling. You are guaranteed to “Sea Life Differently” after spending a week in this seaside haven.

Just a short walk to the Oceanic Restaurant, South End Surf Shop and The Post Cafe. The whole family will enjoy the location, ease of access to the beach and all the activities central Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Are you ready to relax and recharge?

Occupancy: 7.
Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Twin Trundle.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

We haven’t been back to Wrighstville in 8 years and it was so good to be back. We took our girls and two friends for the week. We were able to rent a boat, eat great food, and enjoy the beach. So fun!

Very positive. Great view. Spotlessly clean and kitchen well appointed. Staff members were courteous and helpful. Did lack an iron, though had an ironing board, staff to get this corrected prior to next guests.

We love the south end of the beach so this location was perfect for the four of us. Three flights up maybe a problem for some, bad knees and such! Long way to carry suitcases and groceries.

Mary, the south end surely is a great spot on the island being so close to all the activities and Sea Life Differently is right down the street from it all in a quiet condo complex! Beautiful oceanfront condo with great views. Biggest complaint was bedroom with 2 single beds was very cold at night to the point teenage son had trouble sleeping.

Great stay, the unit was perfect for our family with 2 small children (5, 1). I was able to set up my home office on the deck and work during the day while watching them play on the beach. Very impressed with the precautions they took to keep us feeling safe during the pandemic, and was very pleased with the service of the agency. They called the Monday after we returned to let me know one of the cleaners found my wife’s diamond earrings in the bathroom and overnighted them back to me. Five stars from us!!

Covid 2020 stay July 18-25

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean and the bedding from linen service was fine. The way the tv was mounted on the wall was kind pointed upward (annoying) and the cable tv in the master was inoperative. Some proper fitting lids on the cookware would have been nice. The occupants below us asked if we could tiptoe, but We could hear every step they took. The outdoor shower was an after thought. We liked the home’s proximity to the beach and boat slip. The biggest annoyance were the infestation of ants. A maintenance man was sent but the ants persisted through the week. I have rented several other properties on WB without this problem. The updates were nice but for the reasons I mentioned and the fact that use of the boat slip will now not be included, I will seek other rentals before considering this one again.
